I’ve been running solgaleo lead, zygarde and kartana. Kartana melts ground and water types after a psychic fang from solgaleo.

14:07 ah the things you can do when all IVs are known! That was a beautiful play! Main series completely invalidates this tactic due to a random multiplier that is applied to every move. For example, if you took 49% damage from a move, it’s possible the exact same move next turn does the 51% needed to KO due to the damage range randomization factor.

That one thing i miss main series and same goes critical hits. bit of rng are good thing compare current where you kinda 100% know how much dmg you do / take

In high elo ml, metagross is functionally extinct as a pokemon. Solgaleo is strictly better, and even solgaleo isn't played nearly as much because it loses to the top meta (kyogre, landorus, palkia)

No fast move pressure so you can’t farm down and you need to throw an extra charge move. Really makes the extra energy gain from snarl useless.

Snarl Zacian is better in every way against the meta. There's a reason it's the preferred moveset on PvPoke. Way faster energy generation which combined with its nuke moves is super deadly. Also neutral or super effective against way more of the meta. Dialga Palkia Solgaleo Mewto Ho Oh and Kyogre matchups are way better with Snarl and those Pokemon pretty much rule the meta. Makes no sense other than more flexibility with throwing your charge move which if you know the turns is easy to throw on good timing anyway. I'd say if you're 2500 ELO or below go for it. Above it you'll get wrecked.
