Summer and Fall. Can't narrow down a month because I go to different spots and some are better than others. As long as the water isn't cold.

Hey tony I have a question. I seen some boat docks and ramps that says no fishing; netting or shrimping from the walkway. What exactly does that mean? Can u crab from there ?
