Appreciated the fact that you took the time in your vlog to apologize again to the people in the immigration that you may have skipped. Hindi man gustuhin manguna pero the reality is mahaba nga ang pila sa immigration recently. Any observation JM as to why the line moves so slow? One video I watched mentioned that she was told by a staff that it will be better if passengers arrive 5 - 6 hours before for their flight. Mga 2hrs siya nakapila sa priority lane and hindi daw gumagalaw. :( Cebu Pacific used to do call outs in the immigration line noon pag malapit na boarding time. Hope they bring that back again. As a former ground crew ng Singapore Airlines, I can say meron tlga kami mga sinusundo sa Immigration and binabantayan din namin if may nalelate or na hohold sa immigration. We have to coordinate kc yung status ng passengers esp wala pa sila gate din.
