Do you believe in reincarnation? Atomic scientist Larry Blake ( John emery) does,now that his brother, who was killed in a plane crash,has returned as a mongrel! Of course Larry has trouble convincing others, including the dog’s owner ( Hillary Brooke) not to mention the physicians at the sanitarian where he is confined! This movie was very funny 😆 and the dog stole the s how through the flick!! 😂😂😂😂😊😊😊😊😊😊

Percy Helton (the "President) ruined his voice while a stage performer. The vocal damage helped his movie career no end as it put him in constant demand for "creepy little men" bit parts.

The film is light weight but is pleasant enough.

Nice movie. Horrible constant interruptions every few minutes with the same ad throughout the entire movie. Not the way to convince people at all. Ruined it for me.

If this movie was made now days they'd think it was perfectly normal to think your brother is a dog. As a matter of fact they'd say he was not delusional at all but the world around him is RAACCIISSTT because they are saying he's delusional. I know racism has nothing to do with the delusions of thinking you're something that you're not but since those that run around calling everyone racist have no actual clue what it really means but want to belong to something so earnestly that might make them seem important to someone else that's what they'd call him. Earnest, and wouldn't that just make them all so very Important. There is an Importance in being called Earnest. Then they'd say that they must find out if the dog thinks it's a boy or a girl dog seeing as George is now another person after being re-incarnated as something else that is the MOST important thing that MUST be figured out!
