On those days you want to whip something up for your family but don’t feel like bringing out your blender, this All Purpose Green Marinade or Green Seasoning will be all you need and your family will be happy with how quick dinner was ready. Please ENJOY 😘✌🏽❤️❤️❤️
Ingredients:
3 - Large Green Bell Peppers
3 - Large Onions
1 Bunch - Parsley
1 Bunch - Basil
1 Bunch - Rosemary
1 Bunch - Scallion/Spring Onions
2 - Garlic Bulbs
2cups - Chopped Ginger or tt
3 - Habanero Peppers or tt (Optional)
tt means To Taste or To Your Taste

I also use a similar marinade from Cameroon in everything. It is like your recipe except I add celery, djansan, maggi, salt, white pepper, and mustard, and I fry the blended mixture in oil until it turns dark in color. I freeze the extra as well. They do not use the rosemary in Cameroon but I am sure it is delicious as well. You can serve it on any cooked or grilled meat. I also pour some over a pork shoulder roast while it slow cooks and the flavors infuse. It is amazing. You can mix it with mayonnaise for a nice dipping sauce, or add it to any stir fried veggie. Everyone should make this! It adds so much flavor to everything.

Hmmm... I may have to try this with the green bell pepper. I never liked it as a kid so I use green cubanelles in my seasoning, but taste buds change so perhaps I will try with my next batch! Looks good!!!
