Duang Duang cat jelly recipe: - mix 0.5 cup of milk and 3 packs gelatin powder, set aside to let bloom for 5 minutes - add 1.5 cup of milk + 1 cup of unsweetened coconut milk + 3 tbsp of sugar to a pot, bring to a simmer - add bloomed gelatin to the pot, stir until dissolved. Add hotpot sauce if you are crazy. - pour to the mold (I got them on Temu), keep in the fridge until fully set
