Btw. You know... If blender crash you can go File > Recover > Auto Save and you will get back in to the old scene. And one more thing. The reason you could not extrude the converted curve was because you had face selection selected and you had no faces. You only had an edge. Therefore it could not be extruded

T is for Torsion, not Rotation. Really useful in some instances

Hi Imphenzia, I think 10 minute modelling are the best to watch because if the content is too long it would drain up our Internet and a bit too boring 😴, so please from next time do the 10 minute modelling challenges itself because it will be short and no boring to watch. In the next challenge can you do a Sci-Fi rocket I think it would be nice. And please do 2 or 3 videos a week 🙏 because we have to wait one week if we want a new videos.

Congrats on the 90th episode and also the progress on Line War. Its been on my wish list for the last 5 or so months. On your 10 min build - maybe try a shipyard scene with the docks, cranes and buildings, fishing boats et al. Just a suggestion. Also maybe a sub and then bonus content of light rays and volumetrics. Line War looks pretty good. Love RTS games. Will you be able to zoom in with the mouse wheel? Anyhow, wishlisted it.

Blender auto saves a copy in TEMP folder in windows, after crash you can see that folder and may be get the copy of the file you were working on.

Imphenzia, this doesn't relate to this video, and I am only 11, but I have to tell you this: When rigging your legs, (in a character)instead of using a complicated method, form your leg, in pose mode, select the control bone, and shift select the lower leg. Then press SHIFT + I. Then, when you move the control bone, the leg bends automatically. Neat, huh? Please, could you put that in a video? Also, can everyone pls like this comment so he'll see it?

I want to start learning coding and game development. What kind of specs should I look for when buying a computer? Would a cheap Ryzen 3 gaming PC be ok or do I need some $1000 rig?

You don't need much higher specs to make a game than to run the game. Are you gonna be making Cyberpunk-tier graphics? Probably not. Extra ram is probably the most important thing so you can have Unity, photoshop, blender, your game and etc running at once with no issues. Any extra cash I'd spend on a second monitor. They're way more helpful for gamedev than anything else. But yeah.. You can make games on a low budget gaming rig.

@@blisterfingers8169 ok so ram is important and extra monitor to make things easier. Awesome thank you. I'll keep on the look out for deals. I've wanted to build my own for a long time now but medical problems and the the gpu shortage brought that to a stop. Hopefully when I save up again GPUs will be back in stock like normal. In the mean time I'll study up on how to code using C# to start. Thanks again.

Couldn’t you have added the path modifier to the minecart as well? I think the cart would be aligned to the track then without the need of manual adjustments

Hi Imphenzia, your videos are the best blender content ever! Btw I would need "10 minutes" to improve your music/audio production by just telling you some basic effects secrets. I think that your music work could have a little more "sonic" impact, and of course one goal in music production is, to make it sound the same independently on your sound device. Work with balanced compression and EQs and avoid clipping with clever mixing and mastering! Off topic: I love your videos on the modeling !!

Hey, very good comment. I have not had enough time to master the tracks properly, I only have 4 hours per music piece from idea-conception to finished track during the pre-early-access phase of the game but I agree with your comment. The music sounds muffled and fighting goes on in all EQ ranges - and I've only listened to it in my headphones so far which is a big nono :D If you have time, please feel free to help me out with some pointers :)

Im trying to make a level-exporter from Unity into a school-made engine, does anyone know where the transforms and all related info regarding the level is being saved? Haven't found any logger file.
