This is a solitaire tutorial playthrough of the two-player (with solo mode) wargame Caesar! Seize Rome in 20 Minutes!. Designed by Paolo Mori, it is published by PSC Games. It is a quick-playing depiction of the ancients-era conflict between Caesar and Pompey signaling the end of the Roman Republic. The game utilizes a solo system developed by David Turczi.

My English is not helping me much but as I understand from the rulebook, I think that when someone closes the region then he takes the token even if he lost the region itself. Meaning that in 19:58 the bot would use the Senate token to his advantage.

The "bot" got to play with 4-6 tokens every time while you only had 2 tokens each time. This didn't make any sense..There was no way you could realistically win??????????????

I have won Orla, so it's not impossible. Just difficult and requires a bit of luck!
