Command & Conquer: Tiberian Dawn Redux is a modification for Command & Conquer: Generals - Zero Hour. Its aim is to recreate the original Command & Conquer in SAGE.
The mod retains some of Zero Hour's concepts, such as support powers gained via promotions, the experience system for units, and upgrades for structures and units. Other aspects are closer to Tiberian Dawn, such as buildings that are place directly on the map.
Command & Conquer: Tiberian Dawn Redux features two full campaigns for GDI and Nod with a total of 28 missions. Also included are six special missions inspired by the special operations missions from the PlayStation and Nintendo 64 ports of the original Command & Conquer.

The next "Abandoned Base" mission with the river crossing was a major PITA. It was actually almost impossible to complete with the AI and code rework that was done to the mod. I had to do a lot of edits to it.

That APC at 8:07 should have been full of engineers that took and sold everything they captured.

Its randomized. Sometimes they do and sometimes they dont, as shown here the engineers arrived on foot later on trying to quietly flank the base.
