For the blank area by the log flume, last episode I suggested either a hunting lodge or a pioneer cabin, maybe even an abandoned covered wagon. Something very frontier-y. Doesn't have to be custom-made log by log :P

Just watched all of the videos in this episode in 2 days love watching people create rollercoasters and how much tome and effort has been put into it to make it exceptionally good . I think an old fashioned saw mill would look pretty cool around the log flume. You could make the riders feel like they're about to be sawed in half

You can do a Kiddie Land type area. Then place the most thrilling, death defying coaster in the middle of it. XD

Why Don't you put a path in between the two buildings at the plaza? maybe it will solve some of the crowding problems?

You can colour the flood lights to be a darker colour.

Could you put the balloon shop at the very start of the park so when people come in they immediately get a balloon??

I've actually been a RT and AH fan for years now, this is my first series from you I'm watching. So that was a coincidence. But this series is good stuff dude.

I think some more foliage on the log flume would be great. Just a few little bushes and vines around the rocks.

James you can make your own "tree brush" using the blueprints, I do that for the majority of my parks. Makes it so much easier.

This was perfect I wonder for the other part of the park can you put most of the monorail underground and only come up for the stations to keep it out of view from the rest of the park. In the blank spot next to the log flume put a ship wrecked bow sticking out of the ground with water and fire shooting out of the ground

Imagine that someone wanted to go to his conventions in 2020 and they go to the place but then relize that it was in 2017

At 14:13 my first thought was "he's gonna say that's bulbous isn't he, he always calls it bulbous" and you had to go and prove me right James didn't you

You could also build a stone golem out of rocks sitting in the empty space waving at the guest floating by in the log flume. Quite random but could look really cool and give the ride something special :)

I think the mountain peak you made needs a little more girth to it, also don't forget to do the front station for the monorail

Haha, talking about NYC & living in a big city, I had the opposite problem... I lived in NYC all my life and then moved to a suburban area, and at first it was weird, I had a hard time sleeping because it was so quiet... I actually was so used to the sirens and gunshots and traffic noise, that when it was gone things just didn't feel right, it actually took me weeks to settle and get used to not hearing constant activity at all hours.

For that empty area, you can also put some pirates (I think I have seen some ) as you did for the other western coaster

I feel like you should've done a little house or cottage at the top of the log flume, like a little feature that you did with the cowboys eeee, also maybe put fountains when they come down the log flume that plain water. Also some bins in that cave/pathway thing

You should build a wooden "case" around the log flume instead of surrounding it by rocks for the entire way. It wouldn't be difficult as you could copy and paste it, but I think it would look far better than just rocks! Have fun at Pax!

So basically building a western/frontier area requires just placing wooden supports, bunches of rocks and Oak trees everywhere, the important thing is that it looks great

For the log ride you should add something that makes it look like it's snowing; since it's a mountain.

For the log flume build the log cabin like suggested in this video but overlap it with that empty space and the lift hill behind, this way you have nice scenery for the outside and an extra thing for the log flume to go through

The next little area next to the log flume could be the fairytale area as it's surrounded by trees anyway, it could be a fairytale/forest theme :)

surprised no one has said you should add those optional catwalks on all coasters to the block sections and the end of the rides for added realism.

what planet coaster needs are the specific mountain/crater/ridge/hill/plateau etc. tools we had in RCT3

Maybe the back area of the western mountain could be a fantasy area that could eventually become a festive area if you have room

You should put like a watch tower/fire tower in the middle because that is what is usually in a forest

How do you duplicate something where it keeps the same position as the original object and then you can just drag it with the arrows like he was doing with the wood beams? Whenever I try to duplicate something it just randomly appears on the screen and I have to meticulously try and place it next to the object I duplicated.

I'm pretty sure there are actual logs, as in cut down trees that you could use to make the log cabin? It would be easier than using individual planks

Wouldn't a lumber yard be appropriate for a log flume area, or at least some tree stumps to make it look like some deforestation has happened.

You should try adding a light on the drop of the log flume and make it flash as the people are going down to make it look like a camera flash

I liked the log flume drop better without the wooden frames, as it gave a good view of the park to be honest.

Log Flume idea: you should add water spraying down from the arches on the hill after they come through the doors :]

Make queue pathways 2 wide instead of 1 wide so they don't clog up so fast. they used to be like that but you changed it when you did the river rapids.
