Quick tip: To make friends faster you just have to alternate between talk and another interaction and then cancel the other interaction in the cue afterwards. It doesn't work if you just spam click on talk, but if you alternate and then cancel the ones in between, they will get a + in relationship every time :D

Sims 1 is harsh. I don't remember it being that harsh. I played it recently, got to the top of entertainment career, and finally got to relax for a bit with a pay of §1400. My sim held a job for 3 days before he decided to switch to politics career with a pay of §600. All that effort, gone in a second.

"Go to bed!" (Two seconds later) "Get up"!

The original was such a chore. lol

I think this game is an exeption on having multible sims. I think when you have two sims, it's easier because of things like social needs.

When I played the sims I was like 7 and all my sims just slowly died because I didn't understand why they were dying lol

Yes - that was one of my favourite things about the first Sims - the plants.

Think about that we are now getting island living and that is what we tought were the best graphics ever

The funniest thing is when you are a burglar, and the game demands you have more friends lol.

I found out that the easiest way to make durable friends in the Sims 1 is to keep making potions, some of them (the deep red ones) make a random sim fall in love with you, that gives you a friend that's gonna stay for a long long time ;D

You don't have to go to work every day. It's enough to go every two days, but you have to remember not to miss the second day, because you'll be fired.

Love to watch you play the sims 1! 😂 Things that you can use for needs as I was watching: - An Easel is really useful, increases fun and adds creativity skill + cash when selling the paintings. - The inflatable sofa from House Party, when you nap on the sofa the fun need also increases. - For Friends, you can always buy the multi sim activity objects such as chess table or bubble blower, it will keep your sim's skills or fun high and help them have relationships. P.S: Instead of buying 2 more burglar alarms, you could've just removed the doors or close in the patio and save the money 😂

Can sim go to get you skill points outside of house? Will it still count ? My thinking is go to outside, get a skill points and return. You still lose the energy and stuff but not time. (return in the same time you left)

Hey, i really like when you make videos, when you build a house or something. I'm such a fan, and i looooove your houses. I play sims 3 for hours everyday, mostly for building houses. :-)

The only thing that makes this game playable/fun is that shower that restores all of your needs. Otherwise you just spend your time trying to barely keep the Sim alive and it's miserable.

Yeah, why DON'T Sims have fun socializing? Sims 4 doesn't have that, either. I can get someone's social up by telling them to socialize in high school or work, but they'll still be desperate for fun when they get home. It keeps happening to my one teenage character, Penelope Young (I had Duncan and Bailey adopt her as a child - they're about to become Elders now). It's so weird, having Elders, because I made up Duncan and Bailey long before I made them Sims, and I still think of them as young and in love for ever. Of course I made them grow out of their delinquent tendencies, but I always think of them as young - Duncan just out of school and working, and Bailey finishing her last year.

Buy a buffet table, takes less time than cooking... Also, you don't need to go to work daily, every second day is good. And hosting parties gets you lots of friends :)

I play my sim living a fun life I wish I had but this guy created such a depressing life for his sim - eat sleep work repeat and barely any time for fun stuff or socialising. Just like real life. LOL
