Ebunu ebunu (green green) is a flavorful Ghanaian soup made traditionally with cocoyam leaves.
It is a staple dish of the Akan tribe mostly served with fufu (pounded cassava and plantain).
For this recipe, we’re using fresh spinach which is loaded with nutritional benefits and gives the soup its authentic green color just like the cocoyam leaves.
Our soup is also loaded with goat meat, salted pig feet, smoked fish, salted pollock fish, mushrooms and snails.
It is so flavorful and tastes absolutely delicious.
