They also put ketchup mustard and onions and pickles on that it looks like. So what you got is just a regular McDouble but with mac sauce and lettuce added onto it. It’s even reflected on the ticket. It should say “McDouble NO KETCHUP NO MUSTARD NO PICKLE NO ONION” then “add mac sauce “ and “add shredded lettuce”
