Today we're speedrunning Dumb Ways To Die 2: The Games. This is definitely my favorite game in the Dumb Ways To Die series, and it makes for a very fun speedrun too!

The "Shark-infested water" thing is a reference to the old show "Happy Days", specifically, the episode where the Fonz jumps over a shark on water skis. That episode coined the phrase "Shark Jumping" to say that a show(or movie/video game series) has run out of ideas and will just do anything in a desperate attempt to get ratings up.

@@tibby4503 I was a lot younger, and I thought that the point was to get them killed - not saving them. I didn't even want to see the game anymore and threw a crying fit about how horrifying I thought it was. Edit: No, I remember now. It's the fact of blood being in such a cutely styled game that disturbed (and still kind of disturbs) me so deeply about it.

3:19 Interesting "fun fact": this is basically how Australia was knocked out of the 2006 World Cup. Since it was the first time the nation qualified for ages and is the only time they got to the knockout level... well, it may be the inspiration for that particular mini-game.

4:39 that’s a reference to when the show happydays lost all its fans. They had fonzie jumping over a shark on skis and everyone realized simultaneously what a stupid show it was. Its also where the term “jumping the shark” came from.

This world is rapidly passing away and I hope that you repent and take time to change before all out disaster occurs! From this we can conclude that A) Jesus is the Son of God and can predict the future or make it happen, B) The world leaders/nations/governments etc have been conspiring together for the last 3000+ years going back to Babylon and before, C) History as we know it is fake. You don't really need to speculate once you start a relationship with God. Can't get a response from God? Fasting can help increase your perception and prayer can help initiate events. God will ignore you if your prayer does not align with His purpose (James 4:3) or if you are approaching Him when "unclean" (Isaiah 1:15, Isaiah 59:2, Micah 3:4). Stop eating food sacrificed to idols (McDonald's, Wendy's etc) stop glorifying yourself on social media or making other images of yourself (Second Commandment), stop gossiping about other people, stop watching obscene content etc. Have a blessed day!

4:38 Is a reference to the TV show Happy Days when one of the main characters jumps over a shark while water skiing over a ramp & wearing a leather jacket. The bit marked a point in the show where the writers ran out of ideas & the show just became dumb, it's where the phrase "jumping the shark" came from. Hey Eazy, if I had to recommend a game for you to speedrun it would be Skallen, a free mobile game that has a built in timer for the levels and worlds, it’s pretty short and quite fun! I’ve also found that it’s gone under the radar for most people which is quite unfortunate, so it would be great to get the game some more attention Also nice vid, loved this speedrun!

4:26 there's like a glitch or sumthin that makes this minigame easier where you line up your two thumbs and make sure that the teeth are in between the gap of the thumbs and just brush up and down if you miss some spots just brush it normally. I don't know if they fixed it or not but me and my relatives always did that for that minigame
