Nice to see you around again. Those B&S side valves are great...they just keep going with minimal maintenance required. My LawnKeeper is still going great after 20 odd years but the deck has rusted out now in the usual place near the left handle mount.

It's always the Govenor shaft on the GCV engines. I've got 3 that are leaking still

I've found partial blockages in the tank pickup tube restricting flow

Yeah I did a video on fitting an oil seal on the governor.. it stopped the leak for me

It’s not leaking after a long run, gotta look at big picture things with where I get my stuff from, it could have been on its side, the oil was probably watered down with petrol from running so rich, there may be a small weep that shows up over time but it was dry after the second yard I finished with it earlier.

grouse work mate and yep horrible life factor when people don,t put oil in their fuel for the mixture and yep removing the muffler/exhaust is a key way to peek through without pulling the motor apart for sure like a Chainsaw for sure and according to Donyboy73 that is yep he has videos on those ones by comparison too and i hope the green one has something very minor with it etc.
