I think it's worth your time, but be prepared for to put some effort into it.

There is, but I would avoid the 1st printing "Limited Edition", although it sounds like it is ready to ship, and just back the less expensive reprint that can be found if you search for Zrywia Quest (the new standalone expansion) Gamefound late pledge link.

No idea. I don't have any inside knowledge on anything. Maybe check out the crowdfunding page to see if you can late pledge?

Can you comment on what the suggested sagas are for all of the KS heroes, including their personal sagas?

Address the players questions first and clarify the rules, before trying to sell people your next KS campaign

Unfortunately, communication is not their strong suit, actually it barely exists. Maybe some of that can be excused by the quagmire they found themselves in as new indie devs (apparently handling everything themselves, even gluing the boxes by hand), but at some point if you neglect your backers (and reviewers) your brand will suffer, and their comments sections represent that backer frustration and anger.

There’s a ton of replay. 4 campaigns. A stand-alone sandbox scenario. 11 heroes. A few dozen sagas to mix and match. Hundreds of encounters and enemies. Probably a hundred hours or so of game play packed in a single box.

@@TheDungeonDive not according to another video I saw. The guy even says “not a long campaign like Gloomhaven”. He even states there’s 3 chapters up to 3hrs for each so about 9hrs max. Confused where you get 100hr game from other than playing the campaign 10+ times. I got the impression the ending is the same every time you play. “final confrontation” I think it’s called. So yeah I pretty much passed after seeing that video but I did like the look of the game. Map looks great. Given that the rulebook is terrible and delivery is poor I’d probably still pass. There’s comments on BGG and Gamefound from people who only just got their copy from the first print and even some that haven’t received anything yet here’s a second print of the game. Doesn’t fill you with much confidence.

Replay means you play the game over and over again. GH doesn't have replay. It's just long (and super dull). Zerywia has short campaigns with a ton of variability. You can play each of the 11 heroes with any mix of the 30+ sagas, which will make for very different games each time. Times that massive number by 5 (4 campaigns, and the standalone scenario) and you have an astronomically huge number of times to play the game different. Then you can also play through all 4 campaigns in an epic mode. You can easily play the game for a hundred hours without ever seeing the same combination of stuff. That's replay. Gloomhaven is just really long.
