As someone who isn’t a fan of vanillas, this fragrance is my favorite of all the ones I’ve tried. I think it’s because of its simplicity, it’s coziness that I enjoy it so much. I also like that it’s not beast mode; I Love that it sits close to my skin and for me it lasts most of the day on my clothes. I saved up my Ulta points and paired it with a 20% off coupon. I paid $112 for the three piece holiday set that costs $175. I was ecstatic!

I just smelled this at the airport yesterday and sprayed it all over myself - I completely agree that this is at the top of my favorite designer scents ever. I love it!! However, it turned into a skin scent around 4 hours so not as much longevity as I would like. I’ll pick up the full size during the next Sephora sale

I love Burberry Goddess! I pick up the travel size with the dabbler set. I noticed it lasts about 3-4 hours. I’ll pick up the 1.7 oz in a month. This is better than Vanilla 28 to me.

I been wearing this daily since I got it! Oh the opening is so sweet and you’re right fluffy almost cold. On skin this gets stronger and more perfumy with the dry down so I have to go light in the spray with maybe 1-2 sprays. I think this could be an amazing wedding scent!

I LOVE this perfume! It last about 5-6 hours on the skin but on my clothes much longer! The projection is much closer as the time goes by. I got a few compliments when I wore it to run errands

Mine just landed and I can’t wait until it matures more…Burberry scents share a common thread. I recently bought (old school) Brit edt and can’t stop. The ginger and/or almond note just get me. Also Her London Fog 😋 makes me so happy

Just bought this today as my wedding scent. I LOVE IT! Love the vanilla & love that it gives a smokey smell as well! It smells very similar to The One by D&G which was in the lead for wedding scent until I smelled Goddess. I also LOVE Black Opium by YSL so what you say is true haha.

I smell the vanilla and cocoa. The citrus I must smell at the opening is ginger! The lavender I don’t smell. Great perfume!

I wasn’t sold at first - but I bought a travel spray to give it a proper trial and boy was I sold after that! My memory of it is always super conservative re: how much I loved it, BUT then I spray myself down and huff my arm over and over with this look on my face 😍

This is the only vanilla dominant fragrance I can stand on my skin. It’s the way it’s mixed with lavender but still is vanilla forward.

I have both YSL Libre Le Parfum and Black Opium Le Parfum. This is not even close to the complexity of Libre LP. Goddess is for a nice girl who hasn't ripened yet. Libre LP is for a grown ass woman. Goddess is perfectly nice, but that's it. It left me wanting more. It needs a darker or heavier note in the base to rub some dirt on its face and make it more interesting. This smells like something you'd get from BBW. If i got it, it would be for layering only.

I agree completely!! Goddess didn't remind me anything of libre lp. Libre lp is a much nicer fragrance. Goddess doesn't last long on my skin and just smells basic and cheap.

Hi Lauren. I absolutely love this perfume and have the 3.4 that came with a body cream and a travel spray and the the 1 oz with travel spray I got first, and now I bough a 3.4 backup bottle from Jomashop. That was significantly less at 104. For the big bottle! I agree with you that my skin sort of eats up Fragrances and so I actually only get about three hours with this one and then it turns into a skin scent. I just can’t help it though. It’s so yummy. I don’t mind reapplying every three or four hours.

Burberry Goddess smells lovely! I think fluffy/cozy is a great way to explain it. I’m curious if you have any “natural/eco friendly” perfumes that you could make a video on or suggest. I’ve been looking more into that side of the fragrance market.

I’ve had this for 4 days and I love it. Like you, I got the big bottle for Ulta’s 5 times the points. So far I’m enjoying it. But I think next week Cloud Pink from Arianna comes to Ulta. I’m interested in that one. BTW your makeup looks great. 😊

It reminds me of another perfume, but I can’t seem to figure out which one. The ginger smells a lil sour on my skin. I’m not totally impressed by it. It’s an ok perfume to me, nothing groundbreaking. Glad I got a travel spray for now. 😊

I smelled this today and it’s really beautiful but I’m not interested in it right now. I love lavender so I’ll stick to my mon guerlain which is probably my all time fave. I can always add kayali vanilla if I want it sweeter. Idk maybe as winter comes, I may change my mind. Thanks for this review and ur thoughts! U look fantastic❤

I picked it up on a blind buy due to the notes. It is lovely and I like it. I like it because it is identical to Mon Guerlain Intense which I consider my signature fragrance. I sprayed one on each arm and CAN NOT tell the difference.

To me it reminds me of eilish, but I like it’s opening and blend so much more than the orginal eilish my issue with eilish I don’t love the cacao not in it. The cacao in eilish smells off to me but in Burberry goddess it was perfect.

I keep seeing ppl compare Goddess to YSL Libre (and saying they are not similar) because they are both Vanilla+Lavender fragrances. BUT Goddess is much more like Guerlain's Mon Guerlain. The differences? Goddess has a more prominent/sweet (almost but not quite syrupy) Vanilla.. and is less powdery than Mon Guerlain. But they are definitely similar in a way. It's like Goddess is the modernized version of Mon Guerlain. I love both! ❤️

I was able to smell this one, I wasn’t a fan of the opening or the mid but I did like the dry down though. I think it’s gonna be a pass for me, but I’m excited about the Ariana launch, even though I’m not the hugest fan of cloud.

This gave me a similar vibe to Skylar Vanilla Sky idk why. Vanilla Sky is my fav vanilla - vanillic with a perfumey quality. And it’s cheaper than Burberry Goddess!!

I actually tried amping up on the ginger note by layering this with the Molecule+Ginger one from Escentric Molecules. Works really well and brings it a more niche vibe.

I picked up the travel spray and its 50 dollars Canadian like why?!!? is it so expensive. I need to try it and see what happens but the price is ridiculous for us its almost 200 for the big bottle. I definitely think I will spring for the ysl le perfume first probably. And I do own Burberry brit which is gorgeous and you can get for a way better price on the grey market. Also the longevity is going to be the kicker does it last? So I am hopeful but I will try it and see.

VERY pleasn't release and I am not easily impressed. Warm, cosy, original enough .For me personally autumnal scent as perfumes get really sweet on me so potentially to nauseiating for me personally to wear in summer. Not a typical, boring vanilla, good stuff!

Sephora is pushing Burberry "Goddess" *hard* ... they have big ad campaigns for it in their fragrance section. I smelled it recently and in my opinion it's a tropical "suntan" scent and they're about 2 months late in releasing it for the start of the Summer season 🏖🏝

Burberry Goddess is beautiful, but the sillage is exceedingly poor. Absolutely love it though, so they should fix that issue.

What!!! Why is this so expensive? It is expensive for designer in general, but it is even expensive compared to other Burburry fragrances. I can buy a Britt or Her for less than half those prices. So, it's a no for the price alone. Haven't smelled it yet.

@@stargrrl__ I think the original. I have all the MG flankers and the intense smells rather masculine on me. I think Goddess has more nuances like a brighter opening w ginger top note, both are wonderful.

@@stargrrl__ ok, you got me curious so doing a side by side of all 3 😂 goddess is softer, more vague, hazy, creamy. MG is brighter w the lavender, more distinct. Intense is denser, but not better to me I think it’s worth it to have both MG and Goddess, but that’s just my nose! 💕
