Cele, you said Mr. Kamau's talks on Cele's Reflection should be after every 2 months; that suggestion is valid and would be great. Kindly bring him back to talk about toxic relationships and the impact on one's mental health.

Wowowow the way he breaks down the information is top notch 👌🏼from : the E’s (Event,Experience & Effect) And the 3 types of events : Abuse, Neglect & Domestic to the F’s ya experiences (Fight,Flight,Freeze,Phoning & Flocking) And the effects : Mentally, Emotionally, Socially, Behaviorally, Physically To the Remedies in R’s (Regulation, Relationships, Reason, Reflect, Relief/Release, Re-Design/Retelling the story from a victory/overcoming perspective & Reward yourself for every progress) ANNDD the way I related to these things 🙈👌🏼 he said wueeeh nikama nilikuwa therapy session 🙌🏼 I will definitely watch again and again 🙌🏼 thank you so much Mr Kamau & cele for hosting him 👏🏽

I sat down, took a pen and a book to write the notes as i analyze every bit of the conversation,... it's okay the event happened, its okay of what i experienced and its okay on how it affected me but It's Time to change the conclusion of the story, I have to mend thing out, by Regulating, Relating, Releasing out the emotion, Redesigning and Rewarding Myself. I know it needs TIME, Its need patience but i don't have a whole century to make out thing, The Earlier the better,,,, Finally......SELF COMPASSION .SELF COMPASSION .SELF COMPASSION .SELF COMPASSION May GOD Bless You WAKAVINYE and KAMAU MWANGI for the Great Episode. ☺☺☺☺☺☺☺
