I just hit 28 and when I tell you, my body changed into my grown women body; if I would’ve gotten a BBL or any other type of modification around your age, I would be looking crazy right now. As a Black women your body will change and then you realize why the older black women look good when they age. Trust it’s coming. Just get a good workout flow and try to maintain consistency.

I had to completely change how I eat and workout, and I didn't realize how much was going to change from that. My sleep patterns and being physically more comfortable have been amazing.
