Such good advice. I really appreciate this video, especially not putting the niche in the place where you can see it when you walk into the bathroom.

i find another video that says "nitches" they are pronnounced "nishes" not "nitches"

Theres a lot more options.. like rectangle, pvc, stainless steel finished, arches, lighted, non tiled inserts, preforms for easy installation..

Haha, right? Everyone started staring at their 4 walls of home and had to do something before they went crazy! Let alone all the money they saved by not being able to go out like normal.

I'm 5'4". Having a 15" bottle of shampoo with a pump on that top shelf is not ideal. I appreciate learning that I can have a niche in quartz. I want to remodel my shower in quartz and thought I would have to give up on the niche idea. Thank you!

It depends on the type of framing and the type of shower wall waterproofing method. But typically if you have a 2 x 4 framed wall and a floated shower you’ll have about 3 inches and if you have a 2 x 6 framed wall you’ll have about 5 inches.
