Lemme give some extra info about the potatoes in the oven:
About 10isch big potatoes
1-2 yellow onions
2 cloves of garlic
3 dl heavy cream
salt & pepper
(adding butter on top is yummy too)
Thin slices, in the oven for about 35-40 mins in 225 degrees celsius.
