★Consideration.
I just thought that the airflow would pierce the bottom like a drill with "strong use". However, as shown in the video, even if only the "strong air current" was applied to the bottom, it did not seem to blow away the dust on the bottom like the previous video. From the inspection of the Pre filter, it doesn't look like a lot of dust went to that side.
Probably, the airflow that spreads to the full size of the pail and has no coherence, but by narrowing the area with a cylinder and making it funnel-shaped, the exhaust airflow of the two units will be able to merge well with each other and increase the speed. I believe that it creates a vortex and gives centrifugal force to the dust, contributing to the reduction of floating dust.
★What I can infer from the sedimentary shape at the bottom is that the dust "falls down along the wall of the cylinder". From the video showing the airflow hitting the dust directly, it seems that the airflow does not dig into the dust at the bottom. Therefore, the dust only piled up in the center, and the surroundings fell down along the wall of the attached cylinder and piled up.
★Do you need a bottom plate? I don't think it's necessary. However, if you remove it, dust will stick to the outside of the cylinder due to static electricity. → This time, I couldn't remove it due to shooting conditions (because of my field of vision).
★Since the PVC board is used, static electricity is generated by the friction of dust. If you carelessly touch the unit, you may feel static electricity, so be careful.
★Cylinder processing is easy because the plate thickness is 0.5 mm. It is difficult to process materials with a thickness of 1 mm or more, and thickness is not necessary for functionality.
★Because the lower end of the cylinder is 150 mm or less from the bottom of the pail, the dust accumulation capacity is small. Since it was originally an embedded unit, the capacity was limited by that amount, but it is even smaller than that. This can be avoided by raising the height of the cylinder bottom, but if it is raised too much, the effect of centrifugal force will be lost, so I think it is about 5 to 60 mm. If you really need the capacity, it seems that you have no choice but to proceed to the two-story building.
