Just a heads up if you’re unaware, the gray strut under the gunner seats fold up to add stability to the gun and the barrel extends

Also, The holes on the floor in the back of the van are there - because the ladder pulls down to allow access to the cab (you can see the hinge on the bottom of the interior ladder). *How He missed ALL THIS ?????* Is Frankly, sad.. SMH.

The turtles are only 5'1" in the 87 show so it's probably in scale for NECA considering they're actually so short.

That looks so sweet! You can use different Turtle characters from different lines to pose in different area of the van to be in scale. It's just so nice. Already ordered NECA and Super 7 but may pull the trigger on this if still available 👍

Mine came with a few paint flaws so the yellow body of the van does appear to be colored in some way. Several chips of grey showing through and a larger triangle-shaped flaw on the driver door that appears to have been accidentally masked during the coloring process. There is not a difference in texture, however, so you can't run your finger over the flaw and "feel" the missing paint layer. It may not be painted, or it may be an extremely thin layer of paint, but the chips and masking lead me to believe it is not colored plastic.

Got my "Turtle Van Tank" in today! It is epic! I agree best mold we will ever see. I want to add the black trim lines, paint the screws yellow, swap the wheels for rubber, add sound for theme song, add LED's to the laser and tail lights. The Neca would be cool if it had a slant to the windows and then a flat front not the all flat front and too high behind. The bigger playmates turtles look great in there too. Side question, what are the snap in slots for stems in the roof section that opens intended for?

Oh wooow, this turned out absolutely amazing, in size, it's supermassive (neca will be looking like a funkopop variation of van next to it hahaha) I love the clear windows and lack of paint is not the end of world because at least the base color of plastic is matching the color it should be, maybe just s simple matt-spray could give it an effect of having a color...

Awesome review! The arcade figures look the best with it 💯 You can probably fit the whole line of playmates all 4-turtles and the other good guys (Casey, Usagi, etc.) figures in there and use it as a carrying case too 😂

Honestly I'm loving it. I sat it next to my bed last night cause I just couldn't stop gawking at it. I do agree that some paint would have taken over the top. Definitely a buy. Know I'd love for them to tackle the turtle glider.

This van is awesome, I don't have a problem with the scale at all. I think even the neca turtles look pretty good, plus they can fully stand up in the back, I love that. I've seen a few pictures from the cartoon and the scale dosnt seem too far off.

Sculpt looks good like you said but I can't get past the lack of deco. For that price it's gotta have more paint. Those exposed screws are a huge eyesore too. Sucks because each of the vans coming out all have pretty big issues IMO. Unfortunately I gotta go with the NECA one bc at least the deco will be consistent with their toon figures.

Another great review. I wasn't planning on getting this but am now thinking about it. The build quality of this van looks better than I expected. I ordered the NECA van and am holding off on the S7 van until I see what the thunder tank looks like. Too many QC issues from S7 for me to trust them without seeing the thunder tank first.

Hatter, this van is gnarly! The size is a problem...naw it's a good fit for just about any Turtles..being bigger is fine. More gear can be stored and customizing can be done to those inclined. I do feel like it was based off the video game design since you showed the still. The overall quality is commendable. Yours seems to be free of any real flaws. The lack of paint and stickers is to be forgiven. Copy rights. The lettering to custom the front more of the same. This is third party custom van to hopefully be enjoyed by folks who will add their own style and wants. I am happy for those who got this and had to prioritize for myself. I am all thumbs when it comes to detail work and had to bow out. Regardless what a great showing for Underground Arsenal 🐢👍. Happy Turtle Tuesday ✌️

Wow that thing is humongous. It looks like a toddler could sit on it and scoot around on the floor. Which only gets me thinking I wish they made a turtle van “power wheels” for my kids. I did pre-order the NECA so hopefully that one is sized just right my biggest problem with that one was the hump on the roof.

If you're leaving the van as is then definitely use the arcade turtles. Their intricate color pattern draws your eyes in on them and the van pops more because of it. I'm going to paint mine since I want to use the Super7 figures.

Would look good with some simple black and brown washes put on it to dirty it up some. That way you can wash it off if you don't like the effect.

It looks good, but the Neca Turtles feet don't look like they reach the floorboards, let alone the pedals. The super 7 Turtles seem to be a good fit though. Great review!

Got mine yesterday and actually really love it! Turtles fit perfectly and the quality is actually really good. That's the one major thing I was worried about But I can say without a shadow of doubt now that I definitely made the right choice.

I do like the figuarts with it the most. And the video game figure idea is a nice idea. Both of the turtle figures I haven’t bought. haha. Wondering if those bst axn would work with it. I don’t love them, but I don’t hate them. I’ll likely try to track the figuarts down. I’ll definitely be adding some line work to it. Seen some people doing that and it makes it pop really nicely.

I like it a lot. I got the reissue party wagon at Walmart for 35$ and it looks great with the neca turtles but they’re abit to big for the driver seat area but this one is really clean and modernized to look great displayed with any tmnt collection

Your gripe is that it has no paint, but you don't tell us where you think there should be any, besides the dashboard to the left of the steering wheel. Where should there be more paint? Cause from what I remember, this looks pretty cartoon accurate already; it was just as basic in the cartoon, to my recollection. 🤔

I can’t wait to get this van in my collection, they scale well with both neca and FIGUARTS. Remember the turtles was shorter then the human characters but neca April is all messed up.
