I think JYP is not a bad person like most people says. I mean he has some imperfections just like other people but men if you compare him to the other companies who thinks that their idols are machine without rest and enjoyment in life & literally a "Dungeon Companies" ( if you know what I mean) ... obviously look at "TWICE" they treat them like 9 toddlers even letting them play everytime. They even let "TWICE" play all day on their own entire JYP building. Maybe his strict sometimes because that's for the future of the idols but not a bad person at all. Well, I didn’t know this guy received so much hate (didn’t follow all kpop news for a while). But I observed him in the past in many shows and even interviews, and I always liked him as a person. Yes, he is not perfect as all people are, but he always treated groups kindly like their kids. A lot of music industry heads pressure artists for their appearance. I remember YG’s comment about the girl’s weight (that she needs to lose some) on “kpop star” and the photographers comments on “sixteen” not liking Jihyo’s photo. JYP didn’t pressure artists as much and even supported some “kpop star” participants saying that monolid is very pretty (a lot of Koreans do eyelid surgery). In one of his interviews he said that group members can call him anytime and he will help, he worries about them like they are his kids. Yes, he has his flaws but we don’t know what dark secrets are other CEOs and managers are hiding. JYP has a more open personality, and definitely not a devil and worse than other CEOs. And we have to remember that he is not managing all the stuff in JYPe and he is not a CEO anymore since 2012. I do agree there are issues and he is not perfect but remember all the other staff and management, he is not the only person giving orders and he is not even the CEO (sorry for mistakes, English is not my first language)
