🖤, yeah this is how I feel too much.. I have fun and then the reality of myself as a person crushes me, I try to give advice sometimes yet can't take my own ... it's weird being all over the place emotionally like the structure of my container has fractured, you're supposed to know what you yourself are feeling right? Why are the pieces so far away from each other... I give up on myself too much and sometimes that isn't important and sometimes I have to coax myself to breathe.
