Do you like Turkish delights? Its about time to learn how to make them in your own kitchen, in case you haven't tried it yet. For this reason, we have prepared an easy recipe for you to make your own Turkish Delights and offer them to your guests!

RECIPES:
Ingredients
600 g of sugar
500 ml of water
6 spoons of cornflour
gelatin (10 g)
A little lemon juice
2 teaspoons of rose water
4 drops of food coloring
1 spoon of cornflour
Powdered sugar
Method
First, take a saucepan and boil the sugar with half the water (250ml).
Next, take a small bowl and dissolve the cornflour in the remaining cold water (250ml).
Pour the cornflour mixture we made earlier into the syrup and mix.
Then we prepare the gelatin. If we add leaves, soak them for 5 minutes in cold water and drain them before adding them. If we add powder, mix it with a little cold water and let it rise for 5 minutes. Finally, we incorporate it into our syrup.
Add the lemon juice, rose water, color and stir over medium heat until the mixture thickens.
After the mixture is ready, spread it on a container with non-stick paper and leave it to cool outside the refrigerator. We used a 34x26 cm pan.
TIP: If we want our Turkish delights to be thicker, put the mixture in a smaller container.
When cool, cut into pieces and sprinkle with powdered sugar and cornflour.
