On the Mantine vs. Cresselia matchup, it’s *really* risky, but in the 0’s, if they are running Ice Beam, unless it’s a really high rank Mantine, you can go straight Moonblast, and you will farm them down with very little HP left, but with a Grass Knot and maybe even a Moonblast loaded to threaten whatever comes in. If the Mantine is high rank you would need to throw a Grass Knot to deny a lethal Aerial Ace. If they’re running Water Pulse, then Grass Knot is the way. If you are running Future Sight, I think that is the way.

The match where Lucario thunder punch a swampert was a huge misplay. Lucario wouldn’t make it to another move anyway and close combat was a much better move neutrally so there were no incentive to thunder punch IMO. By debuffing yourself, you limit the farm too.

I don't think the thunder punch addition to Pokémon even helps that much. Typhlosion maybe but even then blast burn does so much it's pointless

I am sick and tired of seeing meta griefers in every battle. GBL needs to limit the number of times you can use a charge move, just like the main line games. If not that, start using auto pick lock in rules for rank 16 and higher, then blind picks for 20 and higher.
