I've been spending a lot of time alone, not because I have no one around, I have lots of things to be grateful for. But I'm choosing to be alone, because I am not finding joy in the things that I should be. I've become numb, and I am taking the time to learn who I am, how my brain works, how I want to live my life, and it's hard. It's hard to face the parts of yourself that you hate, you have to live with hope that it will get better, and sometimes you can't do that alone, you may need support and that's okay. But at the end of that day, it is YOU who has to learn to live. Be certain in yourself, so that you are certain in the way you live, certain in the love you give.

I disagree. Don't people still need love from others, aka community? You can love yourself, AKA generally being at peace with who you are, while still craving a deep connection with another human being.

I think part of the point is that nothing is ever guaranteed forever. If everyone else died, would you be able to find fun in your new lonely lifestyle? There are definitely some humans that would be able to, because they have that strong of a sense of self acceptance, as well as environmental acceptance

Have you thought of styling yourself differently for these videos. I would imagine a simpler, more minimal look would make sense for these sorts of videos. Rather than a busier, more hipster look… which becomes a distraction from the message of the video
