Glad to hear the dozer is going to be fixed. That’s one expensive broken wire. Heard a lot of folks talking about those DEF sending units.

Be a great right of way for fencing. Hope the owner maintains it after it is built. He has spent a lot of money to get it cleared. Lot of folks will build an expensive fence and not maintain it so in a couple years it is all grown up again...

All those brush piles will make good cover for all the little critters in the forest. Deer will use them as windbreak’s in the winter and as cover in general. I jumped a lot of deer resting around them in my younger days.

That is hard work for sure. I had a little deja vu moment about 1/3 into the video that made me smile as you were clearing the same spot twice for a couple of minutes.

That bucket never looked that big until you were loading up the chainsaw. Then it was obvious it was huge, the side panels looked 2 inches (maybe more) thick. That is a serious piece of steel.

I'd love to see you operating one of those feller/bunchers that work in the woods. Processing trees like you do! The only thing is, it doesn't dog out the stumps or you can't pile or load the brush. But it would be fun to watch you with it!

Loved this long video Chris, yeah it's not hard to get turned around in the woods, my uncle got turned around in the woods at this park called skyline drive, an ended up lost for a week, had the game service searching an everything, helicopters, luckil, 2 of his friends that was with him, used to work for the game service an they survived the cold nights using leaves as blankets, crazy story, thanks for sharing awesome content all the time Chris, much appreciated buddy, 🌲🌲💪💪🇺🇸🇺🇸

Chris, suggestion: Build you a box that will sit down on the top deck to put your saw, gas, and oil in. Then you won’t have to set it off the machine every time you need to work and will have it with you while clearing. The box can have some feet that slip down in the top deck and a bungee strap or two to keep it in place.

I know you have been doing this kind of work for many years, but you sure do a great job. Its like the boom is an extension of your arm and you control it without even having to think about it. That dozer wire is now more expensive than a solid gold wire. This job has turned into a lot bigger. Volvo the air condition beaver. Thanks for the hour of pure enjoyment.

That is some pile of trees, where I live that would be frowned on. Different climate, different problems. Nice to work the brush, little cooler. :) Have great week.

@@abdulmbijiwe890 Elephants, even ones that like to hang out in forests need grass. The cleared strip will allow grass to grow and also provide a place for these very social and intelligent creatures to congregate and plan out their next raids on the neighbor's corn fields.

Hey Chris. There are several apps that hunters use on their smartphones that you can use to find property lines, find area, or help keep your line straight in a patch of woods. Just have to have cell service. I use on x hunt for my hunting.

That was Killer Chris !! Went out riding Dirt Bikes this afternoon, came in got a shower, and got on here and ya had a nice long video to watch this evening...lololol... Dammit Man !! I See there are lots of gum trees on that site. I dont like them at all. Im amazed how you Can do it all .hard work pays it all off. 😀😀

I dont know how you do it Chris, hold down a full time job yet still manage to put out at least 2 video's a week.., I watch many channels who's creators moan about having to put out a 20 minute video a week.

It helps that his videos ARE his full-time job. With other creators who edit full-time and get footage in their 'spare' time, it can be a month for 10 minutes of video.

Well his video content is literally his job so he just takes a camera to work and films what he is doing, then just has to edit, which if you've been around awhile is very minimal, which is fine by me it keeps things real and I like that style

I wonder if a Garmin GPS unit would make it easier to make your way through these forest areas. You could mark as many wave points of the property as you want and as you worked your way through the trees it would show on the GPS screen your location within 10 feet or closer with the new GPS devices.

Good to see V 220 running good for you. Haha, its not rocket science - but after you cross a property line and take down neighbor`s trees you have to get your Lawyer involved. Looking dusty @ 33:00 - no mud here. I remember trees that big @ 1:00:00 falling over from Hurricane Dora in 1964 - oaks and pine.

Another nice vid... Hate the def systems on anything (what a racket). I've lost two full weeks of driving in the past 6 months because of def/regen issues on the truck. Even the wiring harnesses and plastic plugs suck...

Those Piles make good habitats for lots of critters. Quail maybe ? Guage shows your in the RED with those big trees ? What's up ?

Volvo air-conditioned chainsaw lol Out in the timberlands of Montana we have modified excavators called feller-bunchers that grab the trees, lop them off, and lay them down wherever. Some even have rollers in the head to limb and cut them into lengths, and those ones cut the trees with a giant chainsaw bar. Works good on pines.

Chris, we all know you give your customers a price for each job, but how do you add in other items when they want you to do something else like on this job where they want you to take more trees down to straighten the fence line. Do you charge by the hour or give e over all pricing for additional work.
