I ran the 750 at a demo day in England a few months back, a very smooth machine. We were digging in wet hard clay and it ate it up. Great machine

I love that the excavator has a horn so you can honk at bulldozers that pass you in the right lane and cut you off.

Bro u have too much fun. Exactly what I want to do. Been an operator for 21 years but never bought my own stuff. Always more easier to run the other guys stuff I thought. Tired off making other people's dreams come true lol

Nice piece of equipment

But what's really sad is when I'm off from operating equipment I watch videos of people running equipment.

How much weight recon 6 buckets is? Can you imagine what your dump truck would look like and how quick it would wear out if it had to do the work of the mighty haul truck? Great video Chris. Thank your Volvo guy for setting that up. KEEP DIGGIN😎
@steveholton41307 жыл бұрын
Obviously you are throwing a 10 ton bucketful each time.
@samcookson10297 жыл бұрын
I lose count sometimes too. But it's like 40 buckets to fill a 10 yd truck with my mini. Lol

I'm sure you'd have loved to have that little toy with a few of those larger pond/small lake dredging jobs you've been doing lately... not to mention the boulder pit (that small machine might have been able to pick them boulders up...)

Nice video! Did you shoot another video of you walking around and showing the outside of the machine?

3051st view and I don't care its the taking part not winning that counts. I don't think I could of kept count either. I'd of been more worried about scratching that nice new paint, for a first time on a machine that big L.O.L I guess that was a real world test area with the wet spot where the trucks are nearly getting stuck pulling away . Thanks for sharing part 1.

LOL I operate excavators almost every day and here I am watching someone else do it. I don't know why either. It's fair to say I brought a Volvo after watching Chris put them through there paces. Till I brought one I had never operated one so I was a bit on edge till I got my first day in it. I could tell by watching they have plenty of power and smooth to run and that has proved to be the case.

Amazing big Volvo excavator 750E , that thing is massive Chris, loading is a peace of cake with this 750E, how is it going with your 290 excavator ? 😎😲😲😲😛😜😂😜😛😜😛

your bucket must be when maxi filled as 10 tons as the 60 ton truck held 6 scoops.

I think it's more difficult to count slowly than to count normally or fast. Our minds don't like to go slowly.

Hmmmmm... Deja Vu, I think.... Guess you weren't in the seat of that thing very long... Didn't see any drink in the drink holder. In fact, not sure if I even saw the drink holder itself.

I got caught up in the moment of operating hell I lost count at first bucket you did
@Atoyota7 жыл бұрын
Last video I watched where you were counting you lost track also. The funny thing is when you do that you mess with my head. I'm sitting there saying no it was 4 while you on the video are saying 3. Then you keep counting wrong making me want to lose track with you. LOL Thank God you put the right count up at the end!
@letsdig187 жыл бұрын
yeah I must have been all caught up in the moment, I was all over the place with my bucket counts LOL
@ootsam7 жыл бұрын
Atoyota I always lose count myself. I think it's because the subconscious knows it really doesn't matter and reserves brain power for making sure you don't smash into the million dollar dump truck. Narration of a video on top of that makes it even harder.

@mimnaex72637 жыл бұрын
Does the 750 have a power boost button on the right joy stick? The 700 I run has one and when you get you bucket almost full you can hit that button and give yourself a boost out the hole to the truck

i didnt even think to look, im sure it does though

Ok. I thought they had to do something in the US to avoid the additional tax.

@regsparkes65077 жыл бұрын
Impressive machinery for sure. Seems to be quiet in the cab. Chris, have you tried Cat equipment? If so what's your honest opinion; of should I even ask a Volvo owner that question?. When I as working with a GM Terex dealer back in the 1970's, and we attended 'sales meeting', we used to get the Terex sales guys really ticked off by asking, " Yeah, we know how good Terex is, but what should we know about Cat as we ARE selling against those guys too?" Like there was no other machine on earth as good as Terex! ( or whatever brand you were selling )
@letsdig187 жыл бұрын
cat makes a good machine, just seems like the newer ones just arnt lasting like they old ones are. if you have going to get something 20 years old, i wouldnt go with anything else, just because they last
@excavatorfun62657 жыл бұрын
Sure could of used 1 of those last week lmfao

Volvo’s are very comfortable inside the cab and are a good machine to sit in for 10 hours a day but there not very stable
@subetai175 жыл бұрын
Is that a defective excavator? Why is the operator bouncing around so much in the cab when the excavator isn't even moving?
