Wow. 17 years you guys have been working with this golf course. It shows what awesome work you do and that it's you who want to work their property. I also love how you set up what you're going to do and you explain it all so well. There are several construction/excavation jobs happening around my house. I've become so used to how effortlessly you do things, how the excavator is a part of you that watching others can be a bit jarring because they aren't as smooth & efficient as you. Thanks for the share, Chris. This will be a fun project to watch.

I know that the long-reach excavator cost the company a lot of money, but watching it work for the second time, it certainly seems to have been money well spent. Inasmuch, as it saves moving the machine so much, saves driving into the pond to dig out the mud, and saves buying, placing, and continuously moving machine mats to sit on. I am sure, it also saves a whole lot of personal aggravation in getting the mud and debris out of the pond, spillway, or wherever, and having to clean the machine will not be nearly as bad as when you were moving around in the sloppy mess. So I am happy for you that your Uncle John opened up the company's wallet and spent some of that money that he has been banking.

I think what makes this channel so good, is Chris' commentary. He lets us know what is happening and why, and explains the process keeping us involved and interested. Two or three years ago, there used to be a lot of comments comparing this channel to Andrew Camarata. That does not seem to happen now as the two channels have diverged so much. Plus Chris is getting ever more slick with excellent equipment that he takes enormous pride in, and Andrew keeps buying junk and breaking it (for no reason). His channel is becoming too cringe making to watch with his super sketchy work practices. In his last upload he has bought a rock crusher that he promptly breaks by being something between careless and stupid. But the thing that left me shaking my head was when he towed a nice extendable camper to the top of his new mountain property. There he was with an area that included a dozer and skid steer, but when he tried to open the extending part of the camper it was jammed because the frame was so twisted. Instead of using the dozer or skid steer to grade a nice flat area for the camper, he instead used a high-lift to force it open doing all sorts of damage. That is entirely typical of how he works nowadays, and it is painful to watch.

From what I can tell Andrew's viewers like seeing the improvements he makes and him repairing things or building things instead of buying which is why he buys what some would call junk or do questionable things like what you described with the camper.

@airplanemaniacgaming7877

List of things I, somebody who watches A C and enjoys it, would like to call out on your rant: 1. Claiming he's "cringe" because he doesn't buy the fanciest and newest shit is like claiming somebody is stupid because they don't know the dealership employees on a first name basis. Also, that's probably the reason he buys "junk" (We all know the saying, you're just ignoring it in your little "holier-than-thou" rant) is BECAUSE he has stuff happen. 2. Yes, he isn't Captain High-Vis in terms of safety. Yes, he does dumb shit from time to time. EVERYBODY does. You're bullshitting if you claim otherwise, and I don't tolerate bullshit. 3. Consider the following: What is Andrew currently doing? Working on cleaning up a MOUNTAIN TOP. What does Chris do? Jobs mostly involving dirt. Buying a Rock Crusher (especially since he's using the rocks he crushes as road gravel) to crush up all the rock he moves is a no-brainer. 4. How did the Rock Crusher "break" in your words (not just pulling a Biden and stammering constantly before saying "yknow, the thing! C'mon man!" ) as in the ACTUAL damage? (Note to folks who haven't seen the video where he brought it up: the belt motor got bent out of position by a branch, somehow, as he was WALKING IT UP THE MOUNTAIN BECAUSE ITS A FUCKING MASSIVE ROCK CRUSHER and this was before he had any gravel road for grip. Don't try to claim he could just have the guy haul it up.) If something like "Oh, he just dinged the paint! Its junk now!" is how you operate, then don't fucking touch any kind of machinery. 5. You yourself said in your comment: quote "There he was with an area that included a dozer and skid steer, but when he tried to open the extending part of the camper it was _jammed because the frame was so twisted_ Instead of using the dozer or skid steer to grade a nice flat area for the camper, he instead used a high-lift to force it open doing all sorts of damage." mind elaborating for the class? Or are we just going to circle-jerk about how one guy operates? TL;DR: Don't go sucking each other off while shitting on somebody just because the guy doesn't act EXACTLY how you like. Don't claim somebody is "cringe" just because they don't buy the fanciest toys either.
