Yes ma'am I totally agree with you I wanted to speak advance and effective English but these are really my problem which is distract me also I am preparing upsc exam even in English but the problem is always disturbed me what Will happen in my interview or mains writing I know some people advice me to do in hindi but my hindi is too bad 😧

You can pronounce with "t" or without "t". Both are correct. In British you speak usually with "t sound" and in America it is spoken generally without "t sound". Again, both are fine to use, it is your choice. I particularly think the word "often" pronounce with "t" is more fancy than without one, just like that I prefer to use in British version.

Nothing wrong with the way she pronounces OFTEN... You can find two pronunciations on the online cambridge dicrionary: UK ​/ˈɒf·ən, ˈɒf·tən/ - US​ /ˈɔ·fən/ ;-) Good studies!
