What is anxiety? Dr. Elizabeth McMahon share 5 things that trigger anxiety-and what goes on in your brain when you have it.
Your thoughts get flooded with fears of danger. If you don't understand that it can be a false alarm, it can make things worse instead of better.
The good news? It's the same life-saving response when there is a threat.

I have had anxiety but I don't isolate myself. I read scripture, watch christian tv, and quote the word over myself. That helps!

Anticipation of something dangereous, I think that is the key. Not much if we live a dangereous event as being constantly anticipating danger wear us down with anxiety

Hey Haleena, I suggest you try meditation or simply relaxing music. It's a simple way to reduce stress and anxiety. Meditation provides a soothing of the mind and helps to connect with yourself. Obviously, this does not prevent being followed by a health professional. However, I believe it's a good way to take care of yourself and make you feel better. I sincerely hope that you will find your means to fight your anxiety.
