1.sleep early sleep at regular time 2.avoid electronic devices (30min) before sleep 3.put alarm away(never hit snooze) 4.strong reason to wakeup ( tell brain famous example 5. Reduse caffeine intake /avoid naps 6. ask for friends helps,make it habbit follow for 21 days Thanks Mam❤️

Spent ur time more in reading books and meditate for half an hour daily.... Firstly im also addicted of phone but after adopting these methods i get a rid from phone addiction

@@BhupinderSingh-gn5lm Tbh, I don't see the relevance of meditation to quit phone addiction...the basic realisation that the phone wastes a lot of our time feeding us with a litany of bullsh*t should be enough to quit phone,if we are serious about what we are doing in life or/and our future. Watch mensutra or Shwetabh Gangwar's videos, he explains it beautifully....

No matter how early I go to sleep I never wake up before seven in the morning. I turn off the alarm and sleep again Before covid and lockdown I was able to get up early no matter how long I stayed up in the night but now everything is ruined 😭😭😭

Hiya stranger!! I'm no good in social science either but... My tips might be a little helpful to you. First of all go through the chapter very well. If u r not fond of reading, then be sure to watch videos or listen to audios. Make short notes. Revise them before going to bed so that while u r asleep ur mind can process those in ur long term memory. This will help u form ur own answers easily. Another thing u should take care of is, while u r answering explain each term that u come across while writing. And one important tip: Write ur answer in points with a short heading on top of every point so that u can cover up more space and also write a few sub points under it. And also underline the terms and highlight the headings, this will fetch u more marks. Hope these tips r helpful to u... Good luck!!!

My phone makes me tired which makes me fall asleep. I have the blue light filter on (night mode). I have to try and wake up early for online school but it is impossible. I can’t sleep at all with going on my phone before. How can I stop that?
