Eish this are kind of songs that makes me emotional, when i recount where we come from as a country yet the larger part of our population still live under the poverty line. In a country where we still have people who gained riches in the Apartheid era are still reaping the rewards to date. ANC is not a governing party its a ruling party, when you rule you dominate even the rights of other people. They no longer uphold the vision of the founders of the party.

Who is else is amazing in nowadays where youngsters of music are musos who craft their songs from the amazing lyrics of Letta Mbulu. We all weep when listening to this devine song that saves the souls of Khan Younis in Gaza, May the spirit of Palestine survive the ages and wealth of their pretty times and their victory last the next millennia.

woke up this morning with the song Jikijela Ngamatye in my mind...a tune by sisi Letta Mbuli which marks the occasion of township youths retaliating with stones against armed Apartheid police forces. Even when they know that a stone compared to a gun is useless; still the sacrifice was more symbolic. The message was being clearly relayed; no amount of ammunition will ever make us surrender. Our youths of today really need that fire; that spirit and hope

I am proud of the youth of those eras. We were focused, we were committed, we learned and we carried the torch that those who came before us carried. We did our part. Now it is the current youth's turn to do something positive with what they have been handed in a plate, their country. They must stop moaning and bring change. Focus young people. Focus. Don't loose yourselves.
