Nice, but in word "bus stand" even though there is vowel U before s we pronounce it as s sound not z sound

You do know there's no actual rule for when a S is pronounced as a Z? There's many words where S is beside a consonant yet it's pronounce as a Z. An example being charisma

Hi ma'am. Likhne k liye sentences frame karna n spellings aana chahiye. So to learn framing sentences try giving small comprehensions with help box words. Spellings slowly and steadily they will learn.

Hi, s may changes its sound to z only at the end of a word. In sisters the s on the of sis is after vowel but not at the end of a word. Hope it will help.

As we see in word "his" here 's' pronounce as 'z' buy 'i' come before 's' but in case of sister we pronounce"s" as 's' not 'z' as in case of 'his' Reason.why? If anyone know kindly tell me the reason
