I got this bike stock it doesn’t go 28 mph but if you take off the governor screw it goes 30 mph

They got the exhaust kits and carb kits on Amazon it should match the parts for a 100cc Coleman as long as the holes on the engine are the same size cause it should be the same engine just a different frame
