90% of raising your vibration is letting go because letting go leads to freedom.. Letting go is easy when you make detachment easy like this.

#lawofattraction #spirituality #awakening
Letting go is actually an easy process but it only is perceived to be difficult because there is some type of identity attachment that you have with the belief or person you're holding on to. Not only that, but most of the times you might not want to let go because you have some type of "pay off" or benefit from holding on- whether it's external validation, being "right" about something or anything else that you tell yourself is a benefit.
Detachment from a person, outcome or belief is the key to letting go and makes the process of letting go really easy. You see, letting go is supposed to be easy but we subconsciously make the choice to believe that it's hard and find reasons why we shouldn't. It's a paradox, but holding on to something really hard actually creates resistance and energetic distance. That means that letting go is what actually helps you attract more and live more in alignment and flow.

I always told my mother to put her camera down while on vacation. She had a TERRIBLE habit of taking waaaaay too many photos. She and my sister told me I'd be very sorry some day that I didn't have pictures to look back at and enjoy the memories. I've always had an "elephant brain". LOL I NEVER forget anything important to me. I have many memories of vacations, my older relatives teaching me how to do their old dances, older cousins braiding my hair and teaching me how to swim or tie my shoes, etc. I didn't need pictures for any of that. 🥰 My point is...I enjoyed all of it while it was occurring, it can never happen again because they're all deceased, and I have no family left. I'm extremely sad about that, but they visit me in many ways. I'm lucky enough to be an empath and intuitive psychic medium! There is detachment there, but I get reminders when THEY'RE ready. I'm sure everyone else does as well. A smell, a song, a voice...something will remind a person of the past. Things, or people, that leave us, weren't meant to be there at that moment. Some are meant to teach us a lesson, some are meant to hold a place in our life for a brief moment until someone else comes along and some are meant to be with us for eternity. Knowing that somehow helps to let go. 🙏💗

Yeah for me It’s better to play the game as best I can than to play the game to win. Because when I am attached to playing the game as best as I can I’m finding joy in the process. But if I play the game to win then I get attached to the outcome. The funny thing is, it’s more likely I’ll win if I’m attached to playing the game as best as I can instead of being attached to winning. I’m the happiest I’ve ever felt in my life now and guess what? My ex just sent me a message yesterday, apologizing for booting me out of her life. @@sangohanuchiha ... thank you for asking, mate. It's been an absolute roller-coaster since I wrote the original message... in brief, she lead me on for another 2 months making me believe we still had a chance... (she'd say, "I still love you!" ... "i need time for myself" ... "no im not with anyone else! Who would want me?", etc) ... I fell for it hook, line and sinker... Anyway, I eventually discovered that she'd been sleeping with her boss the whole time! ... and by that, I mean months before we'd actually broken up. This wrecked me beyond belief ... BUT, it was at that point when I stopped chasing her, talking to her... I stopped ALL communication completely, from that point on. And I'll never speak with her again. Even if she ends up on the streets (where she belongs) ... from here on in, she is dead to me. And I've moved on. I now realise that her cheating was inevitable. And if it didn't happen when it did, it eventually would've happened some other time... because it is in her weak nature to do so. Now, I wish myself all the best, and couldn't care less where she is, or what she's doing. She is trash. And I've learnt a harsh lesson.

@@daver1161 I had a period maybe a couple months after that where I got back together with the person I was talking about. It was good for a few months until she decided to make the same decision again. I was blindsided and felt dumb for setting myself up to be hurt again but ultimately it was much easier to deal with that time because I’d already been through the mourning process. I’m in a new relationship of 5 months and things are going very well and I’m really happy now. She’s almost the total opposite of my ex and things feel a lot more equal rather than everything falling on me to take care of someone. If you’re going through it just focus on yourself and see what happens for now. Don’t look for someone for a while, but also be open to possibilities if they present themselves to you. You never know when you’ll meet your next love, it could happen anywhere at anytime.

Yes!!! Last march I broke up with my ex because I wasn’t getting what I wanted, I would invest a lot and he the minimum. So I ended things and set boundaries but deep down I still had hope he will come back, I applied the no contact rule expecting him to reach out at some point. He never did so I did, we got in touch again. We agreed to be friends but i was expecting to go back with him slowly but he did the same thing he did when we were dating, he even took my friendship for granted. 2 weeks ago he replied to my messages 8 days later and told me “he didn’t realized he never replied”. That’s was it for me, I was awesome and he didn’t appreciate me at all, I was being taken for granted again, when I deserve so much more so I finally decided to let him go. I talked to him, said what I need to tell him and said my goodbye. I finally feel free!!! I didn’t feel like this the last time since I wasn’t entirely ready to let go, but now I am. And on the plus side, I learned so much of myself. He never deserved me now I see it and it feels great to let go of attachments 😊

I knew someone for 14 years, we were technically together for 12ish. She was my best friend, my everything. I've been through heartbreak before, but this is the worst I've felt. I definitely owned up to everything I did or didn't do, apologized profusely. I had to move away. I exercised religiously, I journaled. I prayed. I did everything I could to deal with the immense pain. Considering I already deal with depression/anxiety/deep thoughts/fears all of my life, mostly having to do with mortality and the concept of time--facing it head on is/was scary. I surprisingly got a job back in the same city we lived in. I didn't move back there for her, it was for cost of living, being able to live on my own with a regular job to start out with, no state taxes, etc. But I have to admit, being back here, in my empty apartment, its all rushing back to me--big time. I'm letting it release when I feel the need to. I just feel alone. My depression and anxiety is flowing back. I'm thinking about her. Missing her. It's only been 4 months. So I have to give myself time. I have to do my best to use positive affirmations. One moment at a time. One day at a time. I'm just a very emotional human being and it flows deeply and strongly, it gets legitimately scary. Thank you for allowing myself to get this out. All the best.

Has that worked for you? I've been manifesting since childhood ( 8 yrs old, toured Europe at 10, etc), before LOA was a thing. I'm very interested in what works for other people. It's clearly not the same for everyone, I'd love to know what works for other individuals. I just ask & trust. Nothing else has an affect. Emotion is there in the asking, but I've manifested my soulmate & 2 businesses with severe PTSD, anxiety & depression. HOWEVER, on another level I was a vibrating love, which must trump the depression. I also have a Angelic team & I was born knowing things. Now there is so much info on it, but no one ever explains what they manifested & how. I just know it's a individual thing, what blocks one person may or may not block another. And some people are just born manifestors, I know many, although there is a basic formula some are just tapped into it. Jim Carrey spoke on it " I ask the Universe, it appears" ( he was poor, new bike) much love♥️♥️🌎🌎⚡⚡♾♾

@@gymnast2890 I'm also a "natural" LOA like you, started realising it at around 11/12 years old, the whole LOA culture didn't exist back then. I'm a very stubborn person and also always loved acting so, as a child,I created and played stories and "moments" in my mind about what I wanted. Nowadays I use music and objects. I manifested a house even though I had zero money, based on the object thing. It was basically a very beautiful straw basket that reminded me of those elegant, tidy and cozy "Instagram" homes. I really loved that object and every time I reorganized and cleaned my old ugly hental apartment I would just concentrate on the qualities of that object, abstracting the rest of the place. This way I vibrated in the "perfect house" momentum and forgot about the bad situation at that given time. I found my soulmate through music, 7 years of marrisge and when I was with severe depression too. Music and objects are my favorite strategies. Try this: select from what you have or buy something that represents your perfect life Idea. It's gonna be your "magical" object. Use it, everyday. Look at it and abstract the rest, the objects that represent stuff you don't like. Touch and see the object, enjoy using it and think about how that piece is real , exists and belongs to a whole reality yyou are about to acess. Think about this object as a "clue". Imagine It is a sign that the parts of your ideal world are manifesting ,falling in your lap.

@@sandramarques6866 Fascinating! I never came across anyone who manifested before LOA online, weirdly, I know people/kids who have. I totally didn't realize it until my 20's in retrospect, when I found a book on it, but still no LOA existed, it wasn't called that. I just realized my relationship with the Universe & how things aligned that I wanted, especially when bad things happened around 11/12 I would imagine something & things would magically align & produce a miracle. I use music for sure, I will definitely be trying your object technique...always looking for new techniques & ESPECIALLY as I'm older & working on my imagination, healing & spirituality. Thank you so much for sharing! Much love♥️♥️🌎🌎

Hey man, just want to let you know I’m so grateful for this. I’ve been struggling for over a year now, but you helped me identify what really was wrong: me. I was able to properly reflect for once after seeking so many answers everywhere. This is the bit of information that made me realize I’ve been holding on, resisting, and expecting outcomes to go my way which in turn only creates attachment, neediness and a desire for control of things I can’t tame. Again, thank you! You helped me understand it’s okay to let go, not have to be in control, and to value myself.

Personally, I always envision a cord going from my head to the object of attachment. I cut this with scissors, and imagine the object floating away(like a balloon) and the other side of the cord being pulled back in to my head. This side of the cord represents my freedom, and so I sit and feel gratitude for the fact that I've got it back. I managed to let go of the things that I was most attached to in life by doing this. Instantly upon doing this, something inside of me exhaled, released a whole bunch of tension, and said "finally, I can rest". It was an incredible experience!

Also I’m posting lots of comedy skits on my KZfaq Channel right now but all these types of thing that you might enjoy 💪🕺🏻

Vernon Howard said the same, he was an incredible teacher in 50s - he is big on being Authentic & True to oneself & strip all the false identities we obtain, want to be or attachments. So we must practice letting go not only daily, but at every moment - "be vigilant" said Jesus.

I think letting go of an attachment isn't easy if u love someone. If ur not emotionally invested then letting go of anything can become easy. However if ur an empath then these terms aren't too easy bc ur always giving and nurturing. If ur a taker then once u feel u have no need 4the other person then walking away is easy. So it depends what type of role u play in the relationship what makes it easy to let go.

letting go doesnt mean you stop loving them,.... it means you surrender to whats not in your control. And not allow it or them to be what makes you happy. Letting go doesnt mean you stop loving them. :) All you can really do is trust that what is yours will come back. Its not easy, but healing means growth. And if they want to come back theyll see that as something positive to come back to. Rather than coming back to the same thing.

I'm in this exact problem, I guess what helps is either finding someone who is better or treating yourself like the person who you love the most.
@AbbyRuston

I think one thing that may help is the belief that it isn't easy.. That you are the one giving and nurturing in the relationship.. that creates a sense of "need" or importance which could be allowing your ego the "reason" why it's harder for you and why letting go isn't the same for you as other people(any time there is separation is a good signal that its on the ego realm). As you begin to see what you are getting from ideas and beliefs then you allow yourself the choice to replace it with something that is more beneficial to you and that will take you closer to peace. Hope that makes sense!

Hi I’m 76 granny and today just split with my 14 year long partner in another area , it won’t hurt so much this time as I realise now , if they don’t want to be with you,you certainly don’t want to waste your time on them , when the spark has gone on one or both sides it’s time to end it , I haven’t cried yet , come near to it driving home , but nothing , just numb , but it will pass , when you are indifferent to your ex you will know your truly over them , the best revenge ( if needed) is to be happy ,this really annoys them when they want you to pine over them ,don’t give them that satisfaction a moment longer ,xx

All these things you’re saying about letting go (I knew some of this when I was much younger) I was always naturally carefree then. Somehow lost it along the way, developed anxiety & depression. Life happened, bad relationships & I got caught up in labels, approval & outcomes. Thank you for reminding how to get back to that “let go” way of thinking. I really enjoy your videos, it’s exactly what I needed to hear. Namaste 🙏

Totally relate to you about being so much more carefree when I was younger (16/17 era) I think a lot of developing anxiety and depression and being less carefree stems from social media. The more you stay off it and stop looking at other peoples lives the better you are for it. 32 now and trying to become the carefree person I was years ago, hope it’s working out for you.

I love everything your saying because it’s true and I have a problem with attachment and abandonment issues for the wrong reasons and I’m workn on healing myself because I am happier when I’m free . “It’s not letting go that is hard, but the choice to let go” SO TRUE! when a friendship ended badly, I completely let the person go, but when my other friendship naturally ended, I found it difficult to let go ‘cause there was “no reason as such” to (like fights etc… we simply didn’t align any longer). The other things here are also extremely relatable. When I was secure and not looking for anyone, I started liking this guy and altho he didn’t feel the same romantically, he was a very nice friend and made the process easier for me in some way. But when I got insecure in myself due to other things, I projected those insecurities onto the guy and… done! He visibly started talking lesser to me. I missed not even him, but the pure detached feeling I had back then. He started talking lesser to me and even if would have, he could not give it to me anyway. So this is a great reminder and guide in general!! I was having trouble with this recently, so Thank you so much for sharing :)
