You need the Arby’s sauce, and/or horseradish sauce for the roast beef and cheddar sandwich. Even their plain roast beef sandwich you need the sauce

My theory with the KFC chips: the fries were better in the big box because they’re spaced out & don’t have a chances to sweat because when they’re in the serving small boxes they get soggy 🤷🏼♀️
