o:12 that alarm sounds different! 1:08 those two alarms are mounted very high up! 1:13 first time i've seen a full barrier crossing without the things on the bottom! 2:15 that train was fast! 3:02 I think this is the only operational non-British steam loco in Britain! 4:41 that train was fast too! 4:58 once, my car almost got hit by the lowering gates! 5:20 Wow! a class 73 in Br blue pulling the RHTT cars! 5:54 those barriers look like they have vases on them, and the alarm stops after lowering on this haf barrier crossing! 6:41 how many loud alarms on on that crossing? 9:03 that one alarm sounds like it's about to give out! 9:19 trains don't usually blast their horns at crossing outside North America and Australia! 9:50 that alarm sounds nice! 10:31 this crossing looks familiar! i think it malfunctioned a while back! I don't think anyone would go across a 3/4 barrier crossing! 11:32 nice old mechanical bell! From what I've seen in KZfaq videos, british crossing with mechanical bells (especially the slow clang ones) are hard to find! (i forgot which one it was!) 12:44 that pedestrian area makes it look odd! 15:25 spare barrier can be seen! Nice old halogens! 16:48 that alarm sounds old! what type is it? 20:46 that alarm sounds WAY different from any other! 21:44 that alarm sounds old as well, but what type? 22:33 that sounds like the alarm sound in TS2016! 23:34 there are two slow clang crossings in East Sussex?! If I'm going to britian, I better see these crossings in person!

Interesting seeing that one crossing with four gates and no skirts at 1:08. Some of those gate mechanisms look quite old as well. Love the wishbone gates at 5:41, 6:31, 9:00, 23:24, and 24:06. Looks like the gated signals at 9:00 also have dead mechanical bells on them, interesting! The bells at 11:20 and 23:24 are also a great finds. The halogens are also pretty nice to see too. I wonder they the alarms at the Grove Road crossing skip while sounding. Nice video! Also, just out of wild curiosity, how wide are the lenses on the wigwags?

Some of these barriers need changing because I see a lot of AHB crossings not good at all what if someone gets badly injured or even get killed we don't want that I think we should do something about it all do you agree

Northwood halt Is the only automatic crossing on the railway it's mostly private crossings and foot crossings on the Severn valley

HI, IT IS VERY CONFUSING AND DIFFICUT TO KEEP UP WITH THE LOCATIONS WITH NO NUMERICAL , OR LETTER SYSTEM OR EVEN BETTER THE CROSSINGS LOCATIONS NAMES SHOWN ON SCREEN BEFORE OR ON EACH CROSSING FILMS. I HAVE GIVEN UP AND HAVE JUST WATCHED WITH NO EASY WAY OF KNOWING EACH LOCATION YOU ARE SEEING EACH TIME, SO NOT KNOWING AT ALL UNLESS I SEE A SIGNAL BOX NAME. THE OTHERWISE EXCELLENT VERY INTERSTING VIDEO IS SPOILT WITHOUT EASY IDENTIFICATION OF THE LOCATIONS. I LOST MY LEFT FOOT AD LEG UP TO MY KNEE IN A VERY RARE THROUGH THE KNEE AMPUTATION MID MARCH 2016 THROUGH POLO AT AGE 8. I WILL NOT BE MOBILE UNTIL AFTER THE PROSTHESIS RE WALKING TRAINING, THAT COMMENCIES AT THE R N O H STANMORE NEXT FRIDAY.
