@@melissad.3200 Es geht nicht um Geschmack. Modernes Vynil ist praktisch, hygienisch, preiswert und schön. Ich habe es auch. Aber doch nicht über einem restaurierbaren Stäbchenparkett. Dieses ist ein mehrfaches teurer und ein mehrfaches haltbarer. Als würde man einen Rembrandt mit einem Smiley übermalen, damit er schöner aussieht. Da hört der Geschmack auf!

Hatten wir auch, Stäbchenparkett ist einfach abartig hässlich und unmodern. Grundsätzlich Geschmackssache, aber wir haben das auch mit Greenvinyl überdeckt

If you want vinyl, first you should remove any wooden floor beneath, if possible. A mix of wood and concrete is not recommend due to different expansion values.

Ich finde es gut erklärt im anhang mit allen Eckdaten. wiegesagt kunde ist könig.es gibt eben produkte die helfen einem auf bestehende untergründe zu arbeiten.in diesem fall denke ich war die höhe ein problem.da wenn man das 8mm parkett pluss kleber entfernt hätte man zuviel Spachtelmasse gebraucht hätte was die kosten durch die decke gejagt hätte.das rausreissen und abfräsen ist ja auch nicht umsonst.Schönox ist wie auch andere bekannt für sowas die passende Produkte zu bieten. aber man kann es nicht jedem Recht machen .parkett hin oder her. TROTZDEM SEHR GUT ERKLÄRT UND TOP VERARBEITET

This beech parquet is so soft and sensitive, you won't have fun with it or it is a room you only sleep in. I have exaclty the same and spent a lot of money to make this parquet fine again. But after it was oiled and waxed, I found out how sensitive it is and decided to put kork laminat over it or I will get grey hair over every little scratch that will come on it.

Kleiner Tip...größeren Ausgleichtumpen zulegen , für solche Größen. Gibt es auf Wagen. Für max. 3 Sack aufeinmal zum anrühren mit passenden Aufsteckrührwerk. Geht Ratz fatz. Den ganzen Laden erst komplett auskippen, dann mit Schweden Zahnspachtel auf Rollstiel abziehen od. Verteilen. Nadeln. Fertig.🤗

А в чем проблема? Сейчас многие так делают и уже распространеная технология, главное если глянец то его необходимо снять, и клей хороший надо. Недавно сам обновлял плитку в сан узле, просто плитке уже 7 лет и обновить без демонтажа захотели, сделал все и отлично.

I don’t know why you would spend all that money on cement and time in labor for vinyl tile that should always be installed same length as 5he walls so it looks bigger . Wh3n u go side to side it makes the room look smaller jus my opinion and by the way u did a nice job

an der Arbeitskleidung erkennt man meist die Gewerke; weisse Hosen sind meist Maler...da frag ich mich warum legt er Boden?-Aber was willste machen wenn der Kunde es so will-dann musst halt Kunststoffboden legen-oder du kannst es dir erlauben Nein zu sagen-und das kann sich KEIN Handwerker erlauben.- Ich hätte für mich entschieden den Parkett zu sanieren-vom Preis her dürfte das auf einem Niveau liegen-und wenn die Farbe nicht gefält gibts ja auch noch die Variante den geschliffenen Parkett zu Beizen

@@thomasrauth8919 ich bin auch Maler und mache Fußboden.... Aber ich hätte ums verrecken nicht diesen parkett so versaut... Wenn man es nicht mehr sehen will, kann man immer noch Teppich oder laminat oder zur not click Vinyl drauf legen, aber eben ohne vorher Ausgleichsmasse drauf zu kippen...

I have seen results of these type of installation after radiator leak(floor bubbled up,bad odors etc..) has to remove everything and do in right way.

Słyszałem,że można wylewać masy samopoziomujące na podłogi drewniane. Do tego musi być specjalny grunt. Ale napewno zostałby u mnie parkiet.

at least to just put the vinyl planks over the hardwood so next owner will get real wood floor if he wants. Like when people find nice floor under carpet. Now its glued with concrete and will be a huge mess to scrape in futur.

he uses special products which are developed for exact that usage. brand schonox, you may have a look an their webseite. since schonox is sika group, you should feel safe.

@@sibu2 This is a parquet floor. As every wooden product any damp, and it will start swelling. Parquet can also get eventually lose... I could understand it if there was no concrete underneath, old house with timber joists, planks, fair enough. But here - I just cannot justify owner to go this cheap. I still admire skills but as a tradesman I would have never done it myself, I'd rather walk away.

Even minimal moisture can cause sealed parquet to start rotting in the future. I have peace of mind parquet, it would be refinished at a gold price, it's beautiful then. I will wait it out, rent a floor sander at OBI and refinish it myself. Zelfs een minimale vochtigheid kan ervoor zorgen dat geseald parket in de toekomst gaat rotten. Ik heb gemoedsrust parket, het zou worden overgeschilderd voor een goud prijs, het is mooi dan. Ik wacht het af, huur een vloerschuurmachine bij OBI en lak het zelf.

Maybe in US we're a bit more halfass, but I don't see why he couldn't have just patched/planed down the areas and just put the flooring on top of the parquet without the leveler skim coat. In US most of these kind of snap together vinyl planks go down straight on a plywood subfloor with no underlayment. The padded part on the bottom is considered "built in underlayment" by the manufacturer. It is vinyl and not ceramic tile or wood, so there is some degree of ability to bend, and the floor doesn't need to be 100% perfect because of that. I guess I do respect the amount of work he put in, but I don't really see the point in spending 2-3x the money and labor on prep materials for this kind of flooring that is essentially disposable flooring. If it was a glue down commercial style vinyl I could see the need, but for snap together planks with padding on the bottom, I don't see why. :/

Because in Germany we always want to have perfect homes 😄 just kidding. The main reason is, that if the floor is not flat, vinyl can broke. Furthermore you can only get warranty from the manufacturer if the floor is well prepared and flat. The craftsman do it like that, that they are not responsible (and need to pay) if something went wrong and vinyl break. This is typical for Germany 🤣

you are right, same in Canada.. so much extra work for nothing.. just plane the unlevel area and fill the wood missing, even add a 1/4in screwed plywood over and put the vinyl plank. vinyl plank are inexpensive so doesnt make sence to pay 5x that price for the underlayers. dony get me wrong the work done was amazing, could have been to get a polished concrete floor instead!!

Wenn alles hinterher nivelliert wird frag ich mich warum muss man den Parkett abfräsen?-zuerst abfräsen -dann doch entfernen?- Wegen der Aufbauhöhe?- 2 Vorschläge: 1. Anstelle der Lackfräse würde ich mir ne Akku-Kartuschenpistole zulegen(das gibt einen schlankeren Arm)- 2. schon mal darüber nachgedacht eine Rakel(inkl Stiel) zuzulegen? Dann kann man alles im Stehen nivellieren.- Gibt es mit 3mm, 4mm und 5mm Zahnungseinsätzen-dann kannst dein Rollwagen in die Ecke stellen

Ein aufbereiten des parketts wäre schöner gewesen. Anschleifen, Weiß lasieren und versiegeln. Material zur Reparatur der anderen Stellen gibts zu kaufen. Definitiv unschön sowas

Der Boden ist wegen Altersschwäche abgesackt was bei vielen Altbauten üblich ist. Der Gute Herr im Video hat mit wenig Arbeit und wenig Kosten den boden ausgebessert und das ohne die Umwelt zu belasten.

Auf seinem Kanal war ich über ein Video fündig geworden, wo er und sein Kollege den Parkettboden schön beide aufbereitet haben. Daher denke ich mir es war evl. ein Wunsch von dem Auftraggeber auf diese Weise den Boden mit Vinyl zu verlegen?! Andere Frage wäre natürlich ob das auch so fachgerecht ist?

Kann dir sagen das dass nicht fachgerecht ist. Der parkett Boden scheint zwar fest zu sein aber durch dass Wasser der spachtelmasse, quillt der parkett. Dies wiederum führ/kann zu einem Abriss des Parkettboden vom Untergrund führen usw. Blöd gesagt die ursachen die daraus entstehen sind groß und teuer

Das rausreißen wäre schneller gewesen als dieses Gemetzel am Parkett. Das hat was von nem Massencrash.... erschreckend, aber hingucken muss man irgendwie trotzdem.

Здравствуйте, 1)что за грунтовка использовалась перед наливным полом 2) то что дерево имеет линейные расширения а наливной пол нет, не послужит причиной отслоения наливного пола от паркета? 3) каким герметиком заделывали щели по периметру ? Спасибо за ответы)

I did my self this but you have always bond it with adhesive liquid then self level concrete then your vinyl

Einfach auf das Parkett verlegen,eine dünne Dämmung hätte alles ausgeliehen und der Parkett wäre erhalten geblieben.

Völlig sinnloses Kommentar, wieder mal ein möchtegern Handwerker der einfach nur die Arbeit anderer schlecht machen möchte, da er selber nichts zu stande bringt. Ömer King, der Name sagt schon alles!

@@candytrotzky8815 was war an seinem kommentar denn sinnlos? man kann es so machen wie im video .. aber der schöne parkett ist einfach zu schade ^^ deshalb hat ömer schon nicht ganz unrecht

@@waltibendi6948 weil niemand, außer der Handwerker bzw dessen Firma weiß wie der gewünschte Auftrag vom Kunden aussah, dazu noch hunderte andere Dinge die man nicht mal so einfach auf einem Video sieht bzw erkennbar vom bloßen Video schauen sind. Ohne jegliche Informationen darüber zu haben sollte man einfach mal die Klappe halten! Vielleicht hätte der Handwerker es ja auch so gemacht oder hat es sogar dem Kunden vorgeschlagen den Parkettboden zu erhalten! Weiß man das??? Nein!!! Vielleicht wollte der Kunde den Parkettboden nicht mehr? Schon mal darüber nachgedacht? Und dann noch eine "dünne Dämmung hätte alles ausgeglichen" wenn ich das schon höre, diese Fuscher, keine Ahnung vom Bodenlegen aber hier erstmal drauf los quatschen. Erst informieren, dann die Klappe auf machen. Hoffe jetzt hat es jeder verstanden!

@@waltibendi6948 16Euro der qm Mosaikparkett - Warum bessert man nicht einfach die losen Stellen aus und schleift es. Dach sieht es aus wie neu. Wie oft musste ich schon solch einen Schutt raus hauen, weil sich das darunter liegende Parkett gelöst hat. Einmal richtig machen und gut ist. das ist für mich Fusch am Bau

@@candytrotzky8815 Komm mal runter, Amigo 😂 Fühlst dich anscheinend richtig in deiner Ehre gekränkt. Wir meinen lediglich, dass uns der Boden zu schade wäre. Hast bestimmt richtig was als Bodenleger erreicht wenn du solche Töne spuckst. Ich mache meine "Klappe" auf wann ich will und lasse mir das erst recht nicht von einem Kek wie dir verbieten.
