@@renatta8902 True, but actually, these things can help gain views as well. :) The ones who don't want to spend the time on it will not stick around either way, and the ones who really want to see it will see it either way. But the people (like me) who are undecided, and maybe pressed for time, love to read a small re-cap. In this case, and in many cases, I choose to watch a video I would not otherwise had watched, because the topics are relevant. :)

This is exactly how I live. One thing that I want to mention is be careful!!! So many people will gravitate towards you knowing you are out of their league. It is the inspiration you give others that make them want to be near. It is also the men that consciously know they cannot afford you or match your level. Do not be a woman who let a man smaller than you mess up all that you created for yourself and all the hard work you’ve put into yourself. I see many women doing this. Make sure you are truly mentally strong, therefore you wouldn’t have any liking to those kind of men!! You got this!!!

Watch out for women who say they are for you and be happy when you give them encouragement for their careers but when you achieve your goals they will spread things about you around the work place specifically if they are jealous because men like you. Never tell people your next move. Unless you spent years trusting them

Yup. Jamaican here and I second this. I’ve started to notice that Jamaican culture is really toxic and promotes toxic behavior. I’ve been trying to unlearn a lot of those things but it’s sort of hard when I’m not the most social and the best example I have of a woman is 100% what I’m not trying to be like.

Definitely continue to grow in all the ways you need to in order to be your best self. Your friends will notice the growth and either admire you for it, and use you as a source of motivation. OR, they will resent you. Either way, you have to continue to live your life on your terms. Do not let anyone to stifle your growth, I did an I resented myself for years.

I’m experiencing the same thing. I would join classes. For example running groups which wake up early in the morning are so motivating. Also, workout or dance classes. Lastly, networking groups, club, & women empowerment events( check event brite ). Some can be an investment but it’s worth it. We are who you hang around. Also I learned that we can’t control everybody even if we want them to win with us. The truth is everybody can’t win with us sometime the journey is just for us. Please don’t feel bad for winning. Please don’t dim your light to make them feel better keep shining. I’m sure you can talk to them about basic stuff but when it comes to self development talk to people that are trying to do the same. ❤️

It is really nice to see you working so actively on yourself. This is such an important process and something that I strive to do as well. Continuing to level up quietly to be the person that I want to be in the future. One of my take aways from this video is to speak and manifest that positivity. Feed your mind that and continue to walk within yourself with that positive mental attitude. It makes you so much more enjoyable to be around. One thing that I always thought was so and so is nice...until I met them..... and then I didn't want to be around them at all. A person with a positive attitude is so much more fun to be around.

I also will go through my photo library once a month too. This is a great way to get rid of images that are blurry, screenshots that I needed to send to someone, etc. I'm huge on digital detoxes, we often forget to do that.

Totally agree with you, the only thing I would change would be my mindset affect everything so I would say that would be number 1 than appearance as they say “when you look good, you feel good” tfs!!!
