I think a great way to understand some of the vibe of 'Leverage' is to think about it as a bit of a nod to the spy/detective/hero shows from the late 70's into the 80's. Does no one else see a touch of the A-Team in this? It's a show I love, with character's I came to care deeply for, particularly Parker. Fun fact, the show had a consultant who had been a professional thief and con-artist, he taught the actress to... well... steal. How to pick pockets and swipe things unseen, and turns out she was a very good student. In some scene, at some point ( I don't do spoilers), the crew was doing a run through of a scene where she was going to do a lift, but more to get their marks and camera angles than anything else. Director called cut, and said to reset so they could to do it for real... the actress turned around and held up the item. No one had seen her actually pick it up. Also, I never got tired of the revels, was always fun to see what I had caught and what I had missed.

I absolutely adore this show and their little family. Fun fact: often when Hardison is going on his rants that's just Aldis Hodge ad libbing it.

I love this show, I will defend it til the end of time, I understand if people feel differently, I just feel sorry for those who do and hope you can find as much joy in a show, as I find in this one. Dammit Hardison....Parker!!! hahaha

Leverage is an underrated show that doesn't get the love it deserves. Parker is my favorite character, and as Eliot says, is ten pounds of crazy in a five-pound bag.

It's very formulaic and contrived, but almost every episode has a different heist and a different con, and they are a lot of fun. Without spoilers, I also like how the characters grow from working together, as well as their persistent bickering (dammit Hardison!).

Such an awesome show! Whether you do it for reaction videos or not, you should keep watching, enjoy!

I really love Leverage. Over the last month, I re-watched the OG series and finally finished watching Leverage: Redemption and I hope there is a Season 3.

One of my all-time favorite shows!!! I rewatch it multiple times each year cause it makes me feel good. And I love the new series that's out by now! Parker is my favorite, an emotionally slightly unhinged weirdo! She grows so much over the years

One of my fav shows ever! Fair warning tho: watch s1 in the “DVD order” rather than the “air date order” bc they actually aired some of s1 out of order! The first two and last two are fine either way, but all the other ones are different. For example the third episode should be “the wedding job” NOT “the two horse job”. This might not seem like a big deal for the jobs themselves, but any actual character development will seem choppy and even non existent if watched the wrong way.

It is one of my favorite shows ever, I am actually re-watching it all for like a 100th time now, but unfortunately it doesn't get the attention it deserves! The chemistry between the characters is so good and I have found myself loving every one of them. Plus they are written as realistic people and have their quirks and negative traits! Please continue doing the reactions, you won't be disappointed, it just gets better!

So awesome i was wondering what version of the show you were watching. For some reason certain tv channels or streaming sights have shorter version with scenes cut out such as the hospital scene.

This show was fantastic. It's pretty repetitive, and it's a knock-off of the Ocean's Eleven/Twelve/Thirteen movies in concept (right down to the music as well), but man is it fun and entertaining. And it's more about the characters than anything else, which are also really fun (especially Parker, she's my favourite). Speaking of Parker, she didn't swallow the phone, she made herself puke so she could get the Doctor in and cuffs off to nick his phone from him.

Ive watched this whole show twice through and im still on the fence about it. I cant really put my finger on why. Its a great show and entertaining, has a great cast, and a cool concept, but i just cant get enthusiastic about it for some reason.

You guys know you don't have to watch EVERY TV show right?? Not all of them are made equal...

I think Psych would be a total upgrade if you decide to ditch this poorly acted and over produced piece of low low level procedural. Just one person's opinion though. I'll stick to the Always Sunny Reactions and the Scrubs, Malcolm in the middle reactions and leave the Leverage reactions to the people who enjoy that form of TV. I enjoy your work guys so I don't want you to think I'm critical of you, just this specific show. Keep up the good work and have a great weekend. Loyal viewer, Bobby Knight
