First and foremost the talent, determination and focus are the main reasons why others were willing to contribute to and make sacrifices for the outlier to succeed. Thus the outlier himself is the dominant factor. In the case of Lewis Hamilton he could have settled with one wc and all involved could have been happy but that something special, you can call it a drive, that makes him an outlier has pushed him to where he is today.
