It could have been any of 5 drivers at various points - probably the closest fight between so many great drivers since the Abu Dhabi 2010 duals between Button, Alonso, Hamilton and Vettel yet with perhaps a strong dose of the emotion from Schumi's race win at Suzuka in 2000 to grant him his first world title... ...That race had a bit of everything in it except, perhaps surprisingly, for a safety car of some form! Honestly did feel like winning a championship today - that victory has been a long time coming. Question is now, will this truly fire Lewis up? How will George take it? And do McLaren / Ferrari truly have the capability to take the fight to RBR or will it be a rematch of the F1 titans duking it out for the rest of the year? One things for sure, Max remains as wiley and formidible as ever. I'm not sure Lando's got the right spirit yet to be honest, Piastri seems to have a better attitude at taking bad experiences than Norris but I guess time will tell!

This year is turning out to be a great season when nobody expected it in the beginning of the year. This is what F1 should be about. Technology, team work and insane skills demonstrated on track in tricky conditions. The pack has never been so close. Love it.
