Speaking to the portion in this interview about self worth I would offer that it is 100% an inside job that you ultimately will never get from any external conditions or success. Anything external will simply never be enough. Hence the need for more. You’ll find eternal self worth and value from doing the inside work of learning to love yourself unconditionally. I have to ask a question: if everyone gains and leverages skills so they’re earning more and more, who does the basic jobs that we all rely on someone doing? We can’t all run a cleaning business for instance - someone has to do the cleaning! Shouldn’t we be valuing those doing such work more and paying accordingly and consequently enabling these workers to live, have job satisfaction and feel appreciation for their work? With this kind of acknowledgment of individuals contributing to society the ‘trapped’ poverty mindset probably would disappear.

I loved so much that Lewis was trying to provide Alex with the tools that he needed push past his need for external validation in order to accomplish his goals. This was absolutely brilliant 🔥

The problem we have is because Most people always taught that " you only need a good job to become rich". These billionaires are operating on a whole other playbook that many don't even know exists.

Most people dont even know what questions to ask or that they should be asking these questions…..It comes down to education…….and good luck in a public school anymore. These videos on utube are amazing, nowadays almost anyone that wants to know can find out ! I have had adhd my wholelife and ive really grown mentally just from utube. Im 60 now but im mentally like a normal 25 yr old. I was 14 five years ago! The point the man on the right made about people needing to overcome mental issues is so spot on and until a person can realize that they even have issues that have affected their thought process and their perception of reality its hard to move forward because it’s painful to realize your whole reality in life is off….most people wont go there for this reason, the anxiety of looking intoyour own thougts to figuer out why you believe what you have believed can be so stressful it physically affects you and most just cant go there. You end up in a very uncomfortable state when you are breaking your ego. You cant have a big ego and TRULY be successful. The dark haired guy will get there though because he has admitt to himself that he has this issue and its all smoother sailing from there!

The amount of time we spend obsessing over time😂😂😂 Published my first book on Amazon 1 year ago. It took 30 minutes to create the book and publish it. I had wanted to do it for a long time and I was thinking, this is going to take forever! And I found this video where the guy walked you through the process step by step in 30 minutes. So around midnight one night I sat down and did the video and published my first journal! I NOW HAVE 8 JOURNALS on Amazon! 🎉😅. So all that to say be adventurous and courageous. You can do it.

My little bitty lawn business turned into a bucket truck / tree business and its working beyond my wildest dreams ..but I love doing it ...I think thats the key 🔑

The end of this video where Alex talks about the experience of selling his then business and how it frees him up intellectually to create is very resonant and affirmative for me. I recently sold my business to do more of what I am truly passionate about. Soulful and expansive success is a ride!

Everytime Alex opens his mouth he frames a lesson that can be applied immediately into ones life regardless of situation before needing to make the mistake first. I am poor because I became afflicted with severe nonstop physical PAIN. I am tormented every day of my life since I was 29 yrs old with incurable pain. (through no fault of my own) We are humans and are NOT designed to live every hour of your life in physical PAIN and hurting.🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ This ended up infiltrating every crack and crevice of my life. In the end…family loss, career loss, no friends and homebound. What do you recommend for someone LIKE ME who has a reality that is not a norm? Please give advice? I am so lost. I am looking for a better life SOMEHOW even though I will never be free from this physical PAIN. ❤😊When I was younger (before 29),..I never gave a single thought about waking up every day WITHOUT PAIN in my body. It was just a given, as I planned my days, years, life. We think things like “I hope I don’t ever get Cancer, I hope I don’t ever have a bad car accident “,..things like this. We don’t normally think,..”I hope I don’t ever end up in incurable PAIN for life”. In my worst nightmares,…I never could have come up with such an absolutely grueling existence as having some things in your body nonstop and it is NEVER going away.😑 Unthinkable. I’m 58 now. The only way to be FREE from this physical pain hurting me,..is to die. I don’t really have any good choices here but to continue on hurting and trying to just get through each hour. One hour at a time. I had my life all planned out….THIS was not anywhere in my plan. Hey EVERYONE,…appreciate your pain free body ! It is HUGE in being able to achieve your LIFE GOALS. Just saying…..❤😊

Being distracted by playing video games, or watching movies, I think that might be a small part of it. In my opinion the real distraction comes from the employer wanting people to work all the time, that's the major distraction. They want to take away peoples time and energies to stop people from achieving their dreams and getting away from the drudgery.

I love the dog sitter story and I find the gem is when Lewis says that it didn't happen overnight, he was exhausted for years, he build his brand, etc. The exemple is simple, the business is simple but the work, the effort, the journey is not. Sometimes we can get discouraged when something simple doesn't bring fast results. But simple isn't easy and everything has to grow with time. We forget it in this age of faster, stronger, better but it's the reality. Reminder for myself.

As a mom of 4 children 4 and under I wanted to be more than just a mom and wife. Finding time was key!!! My big thing was ensuring I didn’t lose my family in the process of growing in other areas of life 💕 great content! Thanks for the video!

This is a great video, and very true. I noticed that real estate was mentioned a couple of times. All of the people buying up real estate, flipping it and selling or renting them for way higher are contributing to homelessness, inflation, and a housing crisis. I know they are hard working people trying to get ahead and there will always be people doing this, but rent has nearly tripled here. Rates of homelessness, and crime have tripled as well. The worst part is, the properties and rentals are so expensive they are mostly sitting empty. My parents who have worked their butts off all of their life and were so close to achieving their retirement goals, can't afford to sell their house and buy a small place out of town anymore. Say what you will about poor people being poor for a reason, but profiting off of other people's vulnerabilities and suffering will always give you extremely bad karma. How many slaves would a man with 400 wives have had? Would he have been truly happy? Will his descendant be content when he is a billionaire?

Six ways to get appointments: 1. Referrals 2. Affiliates (you could give them a provision of the sales) 3. Reach out to people you know 4. Reach out to people you don't know (notes, flyers, cold calls, email, door-to-door, DMs, etc.) 5. Create content (make people feel comfortable with your brand and make them feel they need you) 6. Paid ads

This interview was immensely helpful. Both the concrete steps that Alex offered as well as the honest and vulnerable insight into how both of you think and feel is greatly appreciated. I just finished reading a book, The Courage To Be Disliked, that shares Alfred Adler's psychology in the form of a dialogue. It speaks directly to what you were talking about around the 1 hour mark of this interview (why do we need external recognition/approval). This book and Adlerian Psychology is a game changer. Thanks for all you do!

Great candid talk! Our limited beliefs can be crippling to many of us preventing massive action.. External validation should be from within and then taken from the source.

Sitting in the middle seat builds charcter and can be an adventure! Sleeping on someone's couch is nice for the thought, but I don't show up at my friend or family's house with my kids and husband. This can present some logistic challanges and unhappy family members.

As someone who’s knocked doors for a summer I think school made me lazy. Going door to door was super exhausting mentally. Paying attention to every word they say and responding etc. school is way easier than what life really takes. I think that’s a flaw.
