I take it you enjoyed Rockets Hideout, it's owned by my brother in law. Also they have since moved to a new location off of hwy 64 near the new Harbor Freight store.

We love Lexington. The downtown is nice, and the bbq is yummy. Great video!

Great video. I couldn’t leave town without eating at Lexington BBQ. I started eating there in the 80’s.

I’m from Boston but I have lived in N.C for over 14 years. I was stationed in eastern N.C. in March of 2009, after my medical discharge in 2012 I decided to stay which was a bad decision (outside of meeting my now fiancé a little more than a decade ago) but regardless, my point is THEY SHOULD’VE NEVER REMOVED STATUES/MONUMENTS OF THEIR HISTORY!! Taking them down doesn’t change what happened and those who ignore history are doomed to repeat it!!

Greetings. Which city is best. Lexington or Sanford NC. Still debating where to call home? Any input?

Lexington is closer to I85, attractions and major cities and towns. Sanford is a bit more secluded.
