Lexus headlight or ballast replacement with aftermarket without removing bumper

I have a 2014 Lexus es 350, so you don’t need to change the ballast, I’ve replaced 2 lightbulbs already and now bought the ballast, but none of my family wants to take off my bumper to fix it. Let me know if it’s still working 2 years later

You do know it would have been easier to just remove the bumper 😂

THE HEADLIGHT I CHANGED OVER A YEAR AGO, I DO KNOW THAT ITS THE FUSE BOX ON THE OUTSIDE, UNDERNEATH THE HOOD, DRIVERS SIDE. IF I'M NOT MISTAKEN IT'S A 20 AMP, & YES IT WAS BLOWN. TAKE A LOOK AT THE VIDEO THAT I SENT YOU IT MAY HELP. 30 31 32 & 33 FUSE CHANGE THEM ALL TO BE SAFE RATHER THAT THEY'RE BLOWN OR NOT.
