@hen555 its not about the engine cylinders, like the superbikes: MV Agusta F4, CBR1000rr, ZX-10r, R1, GSX-R1000, BMW S1000rr they are all inline 4cylinder 1000cc bikes, (same number of cylinders, same size) but all sounds different from each other the gallardo, r8, carrera gt ares also V10 but sound different. its about the tuning, The Center for Advanced Sound Technologies of Yamaha Corporation, the sound of perfection.

@LubosGames Yamaha helped with the engine cylinder heads, just like on the IS-F. If Yamaha made the engine it would be called a Yamaha LR Engine or Yamaha 1LR-GUE, not Toyota LR Engine or Toyota 1LR-GUE.

Lexus LFA is a best sounding car sometimes I can,t believe the sound is coming out of a Lexus they are used to make SUVs and luxury cars but LFA is truly a masterpiece.

@TranceFur electronic tach. it must be extremely sensitive because the engine can rev up and down so fast. It is very annoying though

@TranceFur Because its hard for it to keep up..the acceleration is too fast. Thats one of the reasons why the speedometer is digital. The regular one can't keep up

@Ecooop LFA NB Edition- Faster than ANY production Ferrari, Porsche, Nissan, Audi, Lamborghini etc on the Nurburgring. FYI a 2nd hand Enzo is double the price of this and is 10 seconds slower around the Nurburgring too. A 3rd hand Saleen is also more expensive than this and I dont even think it's been tested on the Nurburgring.

@timorbit reduce the senstivity then it gives a worst reading of your speed also you don't know how the car was downshifting in a turn out a turn or standing still

y do v8's sound so agressive but v10's sound like fly's or misquitos ?

But the engine and exhaust noise it makes is simply classic and better than those in lamborghini :)

It is a virtual tach because a normal one wouldn't be accurate enough.

@laxxxxxxen it is easier, but look at the Murcielago, high ptched, the you look at an Enzo and it´s totally diferent, it is mostly about sound tuning, take the exhausts out and then you have a real engine sound, and it aint so great lol take care ;)

the sond was high pitched, it has nothing to do with being a V10, you can make a 4 cylinder sound like that.
