I’ve watched most all your vids and when you let the young lady drive and you gave her instructions I was smiling the whole tine😀. I know both my daughters, 24 & 20, would probably ask as well:). Getting your car stuck can be so embarrassing and really mess up your day. Matt and the rest of the crew are able to not only get the job done but also really turn around the customers experience from negative to positive. This is some of the best work and customer service in the towing industry.

Little lighting tip that we use in ems/sar and the military uses. Point the light towards the ceiling of the room and it causing a splash effect that lights up the area and doesnt blind who youre talking too. If youve ever seen headlamps on the side of search and rescue guys its the same idea.

Every episode shows legendary service. Customers go from risk of death (vehicle rollover, exposure, dehydration, etc) and other dangers, magically transformed to having their vehicle and passengers safely out of danger, and with an experience like hanging out with the best and most dependable of friends. Most customers probably feel endangered and stupid, but leave feeling safe and better for the experience.

Yeah the Lexus GS is the hot ticket these days to use as really roomy & comfortable trail rig! Alot of people are buying stock high mileage ones pretty cheap and with just a couple $1000 in upgrades will do more stuff than most $50,000 SUV selling currently. (They are basically a Toyota Land cruiser with a lot more Bells & Whistles....)

That was great....so much of these videos is not watching people being pulled out, but how wonderful Matt and the crew are to their customers in what often has to be a very stressful experience to the customer. I have been in that general part of the country at night and almost stuck.....

Someone is going home to price upgrades to their Jeep after driving the xj. I remember the first time my wife (then girlfriend) rode in my stock xj. I barely had it doing anything and she thought it was thrilling. I was even just in my driveway. Then I lifted it and put 31’s on it. Really had fun off road. Then kids came and I barely drive it so I sold it. Wish I hadn’t.

Some of my 4x4 buddies have built custom front bumpers that double as air holding tanks. And they use an A/C pump as an air compressor. So after they air down to 5 or fewer pounds when rock crawling they can pump them back up when they hit the road again.

You guys are awesome for letting your customers have some fun in the Banana and doing the little things like fix that kids toy. The excellent customer service you have is a rare commodity these days. He made her drive the Banana! 🍌, Now I have to get stuck and make a call. Edit: some of you are making it about her being a cute girl, which had nothing to do with my comment. Anyone would be lucky to meet Matt and luckier to drive the Banana. As someone pointed out she asked nicely and the timing was right. It made for a funny bit :)
